We have had business relationships with Falper since 2000 and have been Falper dealers in Frankfurt am Main since then. We can unreservedly recommend Falper. The price-performance ratio at Falper is extremely good. The processing is always quick and understandable, as well as very friendly and the deliveries always arrive on time. It goes without saying that transport damage can occasionally occur, but then Falper will immediately deliver a replacement. So full 5 stars for this great provider.

The pretentious and voluminous catalog and the high costs, have created an unfortunately unfulfilled expectation: I waited months to receive part of the order, damaged furniture and the wrong color, without even a phone call of apologies. I refused what was received and canceled the order, preferring a more serious company and cheaper products, without sacrificing Italian quality and production.
