Came from a great stay at another CLIQUE property expecting similar service but honestly it wasn t great.

We had issues with our washroom and were left without a functioning toilet overnight and the entire morning. Over 18 hrs without a functioning toilet - 3 guests going to the lobby washroom instead of the one they have paid for.

Disability parking was needed and not available, occupied by someone without a parking permit and the parking spot was needed. Staff was let known but 24 hrs later the car with no permit was still there.

Considering the rates, I would expect the general service and attention to be better. The rooms are nice and all, but apart from cleanliness, service should be top priority and it was non existent.

Monica, one of the managers, was super rude and snarky over the phone. After so many little, and not so little, kinks and issues all I can say is that despite the nice rooms and really cool showers, I would not recommend this hotel if you are expecting semi-decent service.

We got an email offer to book a room at a slightly discounted rate. We booked 2 nights. The room itself is good. I like the fireplace. But right away I noticed the view is 2 star. Looking at a hot tub & a parking lot (see pics). Very dark. Asked at front desk about upgrading & the cheapest upgrade was $80 per night. Room is clean but outside patio furniture is really dirty. The front desk offered us some cleaner & a rag. Which I actually liked because I can understand them not wanting to send staff into the room during covid. Called earlier in the day to see if we could reserve a hot tub time slot. They said you can book one at check in. At check in it was already 100% booked. Just remember, you get why you pay for. The discounted rate gets you a discounted view. The weather is not great this weekend so we will spend most of It in the dark room. So the lack of a view and sunlight is especially disappointing. We will see how weekend goes and provide an update on the full the experience.

The rooms have grill, tub, full-body shower, complete kitchen equipments, condiments, toaster and coffee maker. They also have fireplace, games, books and DVDs to watch. Hot tub is a first come first use service, same with the fitness gym. Vending machines are located in each floors. Underground parking is a bonus, especially during winter season. It is close to Town Centre, food strips and bike/walk trails.

We stayed in the 1 BR suite with full kitchen. Loved the amenities with the gas fireplace and gas grill. Everything we needed for a 3 day getaway! Highly recommended and we WILL be back!!

My family spent three nights here (Wednesday-Friday). We booked this hotel because of the good reviews other travellers left. And here is my very honest review.
First of all, the good:
- front desk is very friendly
- hotel is clean
- bathroom is renovated I think? They have very nice mirrors, toilet, and the shower is amazing!
-full size kitchen with all the cookware you need.
-rooms are big if you book the one bedroom suite
- heated underground parking with self car wash
Here are the not so good:
- insulation is just terrible! You can hear everything the upstairs people are doing (walking around, moving table, shower, flushing toilet)...
- if you get mountain view, you will be facing the train track and it is busy during the weekdays throughout the night.

This has been a very positive and pleasant experience! I ve been looking for a close and good accommodation for my family to go to with parents, husband, sister and a little one. I was originally booked for September long weekend and had an emergency family circumstance where I had to cancel the morning of. The front desk staff Megumi was so understanding and immediately offered me a credit for future use with no penalty. I was able to easily rebook my dates from front desk with ease.

On arrival, loved the free and accessible underground parking with three vehicles. The front desk made check in very easy.

The room itself was very clear and well maintained. Kitchen has ALL the utensils, plates, and cooking items required. Fridge, stove top, and microwave in great shape!

Bathrooms were clean, nice showers with a great shower head with good pressure! Fireplace was great.

When I called front desk for extra items for bedding they brought it within 10 minutes.

I guess I was impressed by the hotel as I didn t know what to expect. My entire family enjoyed the weekend together and it was nice to be able relax in a comfortable clean and well sanitized double king size room. Thank you so much for making our experience so positive!

Nice room and amenities. Uniqiue shower, decent kitchenette, Napoleon barbque was quality and fireplace was great touch. Would recommend.

Really better than most of your 4-5 stars hotels you can find around the world. The 3s status doesn't justified with what you get here. For the lack of facility amenities, you can find them compensated that with a nice roomy walk-in shower, totally functional kitchen with full equipment and a really bright and cozy room layout.

We really enjoyed our stay at the falcon crest, every member of the staff were super friendly and helpful! The kitchen and bbq were great to have and had everything we needed, the fireplace made our stay feel special, and it was so nice having a tub as well as a walk in rain shower. And the place was super clean, these guys really go above and beyond with the Covid protocols.
