Fabulous place, gorgeously decorated. Front Desk staff were nice and polite, very willing to explain any and all details. Shout out to Housekeeping, our room was exceptionally clean, as were all utensils and glassware, bathrooms were spotless; well done.
Location is easy to find, right off the main strip.
Even with covid restrictions, it was very nice. Beautiful mountain views. Really breathtaking. They have private Airbnb external options and regular stay from front desk. Choose the 4th floor. Front or back they both have mountain views. You'll like it. Order in mostly. There is a special pizza place nearby. Red Rock Pizza... my goodness. Eat pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. Looool order and the wait is 35 mins. Take a walk along the path for it and come back. You'll enjoy the walk and the pizza.
The room is nice and big and the bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed all of the space. The staff was all very friendly as well. Our issue is our room was right by the lobby and it was extremely loud early morning and throughout the night. It was the worst sleep I ve had in a long time and it ruined my experience. My recommendation to guests is if you have a room by the lobby ask to switch rooms otherwise be prepared not to sleep!!
Very nice place to stay. Room was great. Large bath and showers were nice. And great view. Would happily return, hopefully when the pools are open
Beautiful facility in a beautiful town. Disappointing that the pool and hot tub were closed and that s the reality of life these days with covid. Would love to see them set up a booking schedule so you can book a slot to go in the hot tub/pool on your own - I ve heard of a lot of places doing this. May be worth a shot! Overall a really nice stay.

I can't say enough about the staff and facilities at Stoneridge Mountain Resort. From check in to check out, the friendly, caring and attentive staff are amazing and the one bedroom suite was immaculate and perfect for Jess's and my getaway. Thank you for fulfilling a simple request of a mountain view room Mario!
The only small downside was the construction going on. across the street, but that is definitely not the staff's or Resort's fault.

It was a nice room, kitchen, soaking tub, separate shower, gas fireplace, balcony was ok view of napa auto parts, not ideal. If you are a non smoker do not get room 204, smokers sit on patio of black dog cafe and makes sitting on balcony hard to breathe. Construction going on across the street which also doesn't add to view, and at night smell of sour gas. It was upsetting as I would've preferred a room on 4th floor. My son and daughter in law stayed in #417 for their honeymoon, they loved it.
Staff was friendly, and helpful. Need to book pool or hot tub same day, not in advance. And cannot book both, pool and hot tub are nice, outside. Policy for deposit on room is $200 on credit card or $500 on debit, which is strange and ruined our anniversary as we needed credit card for our anniversary dinner. We weren't notified of this policy when we called asking how much deposit was.
Finally appreciated the welcome champagne for anniversary was a nice touch, and an upgrade to 2 bedroom, but didn't really need the 2nd bedroom for 2 of us, and I wonder where we would've stayed with the king room???? Better room, not sure. Overall it was.okay. I realize they cant control construction or people smoking under balcony! But was unfortunate.
Beautiful layout, fantastic location on the edge of town. Lots of cycling, walking paths at your door. The resort is spotless and very well maintained. Staff are friendly and attentive. We loved our stay and hope to return. Clique never disappoints!
Feels like home. 2nd time we stay and the amenities are great. Just take a cab for restaurants or stay there and cook your own meal on the napoleon BBQ. Will stay again.
