Went in to discuss glass options for our new build. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, willing to discuss all our options and provide useful advice.

I ordered a French door from Fairview Kapiti. I found them to be rather poor at communicating, long delays between any contact. After receiving the door I contacted them and informed them that one of the doors was leaking. They said leave it with us, I have not heard back from them since.

I recently purchased a house lot of double glazed windows. We were informed right through the process and we are extremely pleased with the finished result and difference the windows have made. pleased we got rid of the retro fit stuff another place had fitted to the house the comparison is night and day. We recently built a home using Fairview Kapiti. Man the team was great! The ladies in the office had great product knowledge and helped us make some changes to the configurations to some of our windows and doors, . We made some improvements to the glazing performance and chose a funky front door. And it all worked out cheaper than our initial price. Thoroughly recommend !
