Abilene Regional Airport Review

Flew in from Houston for a business trip. This was the most pleasant and relaxing flight I've taken. Maybe because it's not a 7 series plane and we weren't packed like sardines, who knows.
All I know is that I plan on using Abilene for a leisure trip in the near future.

Great little airport but so little to offer by way of restaurants.

The ladies I worked with here are nothing short of AMAZING ! Wow beyond impressed

Quick security and all the gates are in the same room. Can't get lost here. Only down side is not much choice of drinks and snacks.

Abilene airport sucks. It takes so long to unload baggage. I think they're using pack mules.

Great airport. Friendly staff and very easy to negotiate around it.

Had all morning to get the plane ready for its first flight,no updates or communication or nothing before hand..10min before boarding we are told there will be a 4hour delay,which is turning into 5.5hrs. Which also leads to me having a 7 hour layover in Houston because no other flights are scheduled. Going to spend 13-14 hours of my day in an airport,plus 3.5hours flying. A family next to me is having to stay the night in Houston because no other flights are schedule til the next day. Leaving XNA and Houston airport was effortless. This is embarrassing. How about giving people a heads up or making sure your dang plane is ready to go. Ridiculous..oh and only 2 vending machines that are half stocked, great for a 5 hour layover,smh
