Digital marketing has always been a bit of a challenge for us. We operate a national retailer and the vast majority of our sales take place online but we always struggled to return a positive return on ad spend for as long as I can remember. When we were finally convinced that we didn t have the know-how to properly manage our digital marketing, we brought in the team at Fahrenheit Marketing. Ricardo and Emil were amazing. First, identifying opportunities that we had not considered before. Then, planning and implementing our campaigns thoughtfully, with a goal in mind. We ve been with them now for 8 months and when looking back, I don t know how it is that we made it so far without their help. We re doing SEO, SEM and SMM with them and everything is moving in the right direction. happy

We don t use Fahrenheit Marketing s digital marketing or even their design and development services. We use their live chat service, FahrenChat. I have to say that for a service that is manned by actual human beings, 24/7, they are exceedingly affordable. We have nearly tripled conversion on our site since we ve installed their live chat support. I expect we will eventually engage with them in a more meaningful way, but so far, so great.

Fahrenheit Marketing helped us redesign an existing website that was older, not very engaging, and needed a complete overhaul, including adding an easy way for us to manage content going forward. They did an absolutely amazing job in all aspects of the project. The project came in on time and was on budget. The design options presented to us were excellent. Our project was a bit outside of what is expected it wasn t much of a website, but rather, a web application of sorts. Fahrenheit created a full-featured social network platform for our shared space. The whole thing was custom made to meet our needs specifically. The app turned out to be quite extensive we ended up spending nearly 500k in the app which turned out to be a little over half of what we had anticipated. The app controls our meeting rooms, rental space reservation, monthly fees, phone bills, etc. It s a beast and it works well. Most of these tasks were once performed manually Fahrenheit s ability to simplify complex requirements and translate them into usable, intuitive apps separates them from the rest.

The guys are the bomb. Not the cheapest for sure,but man,do theor delivery. We enjoyed the process of rebanding our medical company with Fahrenheit. They were insightful and provide us with a brand that will endure. After running our company for 14 years it was time to get our brand together professionally and we turned to Fahrenheit to get the job done. Fahrenheit created a top notch website for our association that surpasses by far all of our past websites. The visual appeal and easy navigation are the most obvious aspects but I was most impressed when we asked them to give us the ability to edit items on the website ourselves vs going through them for adjustments. I expected to have a fairly limited administering role on the contents but was amazed, happy and surprised to find the incredible level of access and abilities that we were given. Not only that, but the incredible team at Fahrenheit were more than happy to take the time to give us thorough training on administering the website. It was not complicated at all and Fahrenheit deserves roaring applause for the intuitive nature and well laid out editing process for our website.

Deadbeats. Don't follow through with agreements, promise clients fast turnarounds on deadlines and then completely fail to deliver.

They also don't pay contractors and employees. Designers and developers are anti-social, nasty people. Avoid.

We ve been with Fahrenheit for more than 9 years, so this review is long overdue. We first engaged with Fahrenheit in a tradeshow in San Antonio. We were looking for a digital company that understood our business and that could show a healthy level of commitment to us. Fahrenheit designed our website, now in its 3rd iteration, all designed by Fahrenheit, and they also take care of all of our digital marketing. We used to spend lots of money on PPC and social advertising. We continue to spend the money, though with Fahrenheit, we always see a solid return on investment. They are very strategic in how they spend money and how they direct traffic to your site when we started, we were grossing between 50k and 65k, our revenue now is often times north of 200k. They also manage our SEO we re very happy with Fahrenheit and will continue to work with them for years to come.

Fahrenheit Marketing migrated my Magneto store to a new and improved Big Commerce Saas platform. We couldn t be happier. Not only was the website nicer, easier to use, more stable, but they also provide amazing customer service in many instances, I can get stuff done in the same day if not, typically 24 hours is all it takes. Do not sign any agreements with them. They promise to meet deadlines and provide great ideas and simply struggle to provide once the agreement is signed.

Their designers are very inexperienced and do not communicate. I would not fall into their retainer agreement.
