Not only was the website nicer, easier to use, more stable, but they also provide amazing customer service in many instances, I can get stuff done in the same day if not, typically 24 hours is all it takes. I ve worked with my fair share of agencies in the past. If you can get an agency to work as an extension of who you are, seamlessly, you better keep it. We re keeping Fahrenheit.
