Poor service from the treasury, no one picks up the phone. They do not make it easy for students.

We call and they do NOT answer .. nor to answer a phone they serve.
Almost never answer this phone do not solve anything over the phone and the portal I think only updates the payments part the rest all outdated ... And when you get to college to solve something send us to the portal to do!
The college has excellent faculty, good facilities and a great library; excellent teaching quality, recognized by MEC. On the other hand, there is a chronic problem in the treasury area regarding the availability of monthly payment slips. It is impossible to understand the reason for not making available the slips for the semester, since there is no change in the expected value of this monthly fee for the semester. What's worse is that when there is a system crash, such as tuition due on 05.09.2019, students who fail to print the ticket (due to system failure) are required to pay interest for the delay caused by the college itself.
Horrible faculty, does not support the student, a number that no one answers, should close ...
