I have no idea how this business is still in opera...

I have no idea how this business is still in operation due to their horrible customer service. All I get is attitude from anyone there. They are sales people and butter people up and then once they get the sale, you are nothing to them. You request help or service and its a complete joke. I would suggest going to any other store but this one. I'd rather buy from China than deal with rude people. Customer service is what drives a good company in today's market. Seems like a thing of the past with Factory Mattress in Lincolnton!

And to your response, I am not wasting my time to come by the store. I took my business else where!
