The museum is very nice. If you enter, hopefully enter with your guide and stop in the room of the famous faberge eggs. The audio guide explains the history of each egg in particular, which makes the experience very interesting and entertaining. After the museum in case they are hungry there is a cafe with food and beverages.

I was on a tour in this museum, I liked everything very much, it was interesting and unusual. There are cafes, toilets, wardrobe. Everything is very strictly guarded, which in principle is expected. If you are interested in the history of Peter and Faberge, be sure to visit this museum.

A whole world of beautiful, charming in gold and precious stone in filigree craftsmanship. What sacrifices had to be demanded for that glamor and wealth of the Tsar house of the peasant population ?!

While technically this is a small museum with only 5 or so rooms (as opposed to the Hermitage with has thousands of rooms), it has a a lot of fascinating content including of course the Faberge eggs. However, only one room is dedicated to the eggs and I would highly recommend watching the Faberge documentary on Netflix before going to fully appreciate Faberge. The museum also has many antiques as well as famous paintings.

The museum is quite small, but not bad. The ticket is expensive, in my opinion. Mom went at a discount. We did not take the audio guide. The lack of a description of the exhibits did not suffer, they used paper books, guidebooks, they are not detailed, but this is good, a long reading and monotonous descriptions personally tire me. The exhibits are beautiful and interesting. I'm not a big fan of museums in Russia, but I generally liked this one, but at one time. The second time I do not even know what to do there)) When we went, there was no queue at all, but it was a weekday and probably not a season yet. Foreigners love to visit him, as I understood.

Interesting and beautiful exhibits. But all exhibits are numbered and, if there is a desire to learn about it, then it is NECESSARY to take an audio guide (for a fee), or wait for the brochure to be released. There are many people. Many stop in front of a shop window that does not fit. Excursion (paid). In general, raising money.

Very interesting museum with extremely polite staff at all stages of customer service. Very interesting collection of jewelry works of the late 19 - early 20 th century. Not only are the works of Faberge represented (first of all, Easter eggs, including several large ones) attract attention, but also the products of competitors: silverware, porcelain dishes, household trinkets (cigarette cases, snuffboxes, etc.). There is a small (but what !!!) art gallery: Aivazovsky, Semiradsky, Makovsky. I liked it very much, I highly recommend that, taking into account humane prices (450 rubles + 150 rubles, an audiogram or excursion, the time of the inspection is about 40 minutes, compare: tickets to Peter and Paul Cathedral in the fortress of the same name are also worth 450 rubles, although the examination of the composition will take maximum 10 minutes). Not a bad museum store.

An excellent museum in the magnificent interiors of the Naryshkin-Shuvalovs palace. Here you can see authentic Easter eggs created by Carl Gustav Faberge. Regularly held interesting exhibitions.

They have student discounts and beautiful pieces of art. I didn t realize I was missing out on owning a cigarette case, and I really wanted one after visiting, despite the fact that I don t smoke.
The rooms are really to stand in as well. Make sure to pick up some of the laminations in the wooden boxes to read about the rooms.

This museum makes me speechless. This splendor! Not only the Faberge eggs are worth seeing. The other exhibits are absolutely worth seeing. The paintings are great as well. There is a Renoir hanging there!

One of the best museums in the city. To go only with guides - they are lovely, how good they are. Not ancient tedious grandmothers, but a young generation of professionals who know their subject well and speak excellent Russian.

This place must necessarily visit all those who attend Peter. The imagination of what a talented person can achieve with straight hands is amazing. But this museum must be held once with the excerptor, and the second time itself, that slowly to consider and realize the greatness of the masters. The location of the museum itself is remarkable, if not right to it for some reason, there is something to see next.

Excellent, interesting cognitive museum. Located in the heart of the city, in the former courtyard of the Naryshkin-Shuvalovs. The interiors are wonderful, they fit the museum. The museum is new, opened in 2013. The entrance costs 450 rubles for Russian citizens. The museum has many small halls in which many beautiful exhibits are represented. Famous enamel Faberge and Easter eggs. Numerous works of silver, dishes, painting. Works not only Faberge and his students. Also there are many works of other masters of similar style and nobility. I recommend, it will be interesting!

Very nice museum. There are strict rules in connection with coronovirus restrictions - 5 minutes per room and a limited number of visitors (about 5 people), but it's worth it if you want to be in a palace with amazing pieces of jewelry. Still, for some reason, it s not always possible to buy tickets through the website, and they are quickly disassembled at the museum s ticket office.

The artwork was magnificent. The famous Faberge Eggs on display have the most exquisite detail and clever surprises within that it's easy to appreciate why the Faberge reputation holds the esteem that it does!

The exposition is very interesting and well put together. Unfortunately, they came an hour before closing, but it was not possible to examine everything slowly. As always, the employees are not polite and the strange restrictions due to the virus upset.

We like it here most. Among all the museums that go to Russia That is, there are not many, not less, walking, not being bored The real Faberza egg is beautiful, the more bright the light, the more impressive the eye.
accessories The accessories of the Romanov dynasty are all beautiful, many collections, fine work.
Important and spelled with oil paintings in there, many of them standing, looking long and beautiful, much more beautiful than Hermitage. More than Clemlin Personally like it very much

Would put 5, if not for a strange approach to visitors. Entrance 450, entrance with an audio guide 700. Unfortunately, the vast majority of exhibits (exclusion of the picture) do not even sign that it is, but only numbers for an audio guide in the form of a mobile phone from the 90s. No one informs about this at the entrance. The whole collection is excellent, Aivazovsky stuns and excites the imagination.

I spent 4 hours in a museum. First with a guide, and then I returned, I looked at everything in detail, read a book where I described all the luxuries and enjoyed the work of our golden hands of masters. Unforgettable! Pleasure! Once again I m coming. Thanks for creating such a museum!

Spectacular. The truth was I had no idea of the importance that Faberge had for world art, but when I visited and listened to the historical reviews of each one of the pieces that it made, I finally understood why it was mentioned in all the films that talk about great works. Each egg has a spectacular detail and has a story that corresponds to the person who ordered it to be made.

Whoever visits St. Petersburg is obligatory! It is located at 2-300 meters from the Ny sky Prosecco, along a canal (not very typical white building). It is closed on Fridays, otherwise it is open until 10-18. If you want to watch "normal" and not just run around, take 3-4 hours. It's a good idea to ask for audio guidance, but guided tours do not add so much more. There is a washbasin, buffet, shop, the latter expensive. Safe deposit box for free, bag is included. You can be photographed. You can pay with a card.

Really a must when you go to st Petersburg. Faberge is inextricably linked to the Tsars of Russia. I think it is the most fine art that exists. So beautiful and detailed, there is nothing comparable. It is a small exhibition but really beautiful. You can then buy real Faberge things in the shop. For about 50 to 60 euros you already have something wonderful. There are also plenty of nice things for the small wallet. From just 10 euros you have some imitation Faberge. I say go for it!
