Definitely worth a visit. You really get to tell some good stories, and you get the feeling of what it was like to live there.

If you are on these edges, you must treat yourself to a quick pass. It is perhaps Horsens' best tourist attraction.

You can get a lot of information about what happened in the different areas of the prison and you can almost go in everywhere to experience the feeling of being a prisoner. You can take breaks with playing table tennis just how prisoners did if you start to feel sad. You can go through the whole prison with an ID card of a prisoner or a worker and you can get a deeper inside of what their story is or what did they work there. It's really interactive! :)

Huge experience. Definitely a visit each. Although the place is big, I might well have thought it opened a little more. For example, the cells in the basement, in addition to the one that is dug tunnel.
Otherwise, super cool place, and so much more with the sound effects that are made

Great place to sleep, just like you are in jail. And I think in every room you can learn something about a prisoner from the past. Learn a little Danish, because you can't read anything in his English.

A good visit. Set aside significantly more time than you think and expect. There is a lot to see, try and even more to read and get acquainted with. There are many hidden effects. The only problem is that when you select an ID of a person at startup, you often can not get information about the other people selected places where you did not select ID.

We were to the Christmas market was really nice with stalls both inside and outside and not expensive. We saw goose recording it was an experience to see the geese go in a row after music. The children's train was free so our granddaughter got more trips - coming again next year .

Was for medieval days. Must say it was a mixed pleasure. It's not the fault of the prison, but there was a jumble of incalculable tents and activities. Expensive food that was not worth yelling over.
