I usually purchase mid priced clothing as I don't go places where I would wear the top of the range clothing. I always feel I get value for money.

Really well stocked, always find some great products, lots of parking too which is fab. Usually have great customer service but was left a little disappointed after my last visit when I bought quite a lot of larger homewares and the lady at the counter was too busy gossiping with another staff member to offer help so had to make a lot of trips out to the car and back. But still overall not a terrible experience and I ll be back for more great items!

Love the layout of the store. Quality bedcover/bed linen/cushion/bamboo pillows and top purchased. Excellent service provided by staff.

Friendly helpful staff, great environment, well stocked.

When I entered the shop a smiling cheerful lady approached me and asked if I needed help.... I did! She was so helpful and I was so grateful... I'll be back!

Shop is disappointing to how it used to look like. Quality seems to have dropped.

Got hurried out to door 10 minute before closing. Although staff were friendly about it I was a little sad and probably would have bought more.

Absolutely dismal awful retailer. I returned a very shoddy item for refund over 15 Days ago. Ezibuy is ignoring every email I've sent them - just an automated acknowledgement emails. They don't answer their phones - once again just endless annoying 'wait' automated voice messages but no actual person - and most importanty no refund - so I am $71.50 out of pocket and absolutely now way of finding out when I will get it back. If I coud give minus stars I would. Don't buy from Ezibuy unless you can afford to throw your money away. The behave like crooks.

Havnt been there for years as it was so crammed with clothes l found it uncomfortable to shop there. Today l was pleasently surprised to find a lovely orderly scaled down shop. Personal attention and kind staff. Ezibuy l will return

Disappointed! Visited a few years back the retail shop was huge. Not now. I guess all on line these days.

The sizing at Ezibuy is horrible. Within one brand I can differ between 3 sizes!! The staff are not overly helpful either. Having said that they have some nice items if you can find the right fit!

I don't know what's happened to Ezibuy but there was very little I would consider buying there, after it being my go-to supplier of everyday clothes for years. The fits gone right off. The cut is poor and the fabrics dire!

My wife likes the shopping and the savings, need a better mens range.

What a shame, Ezibuy is definitely not the same place it was, boring clothes, no feel of wanting to shop here On the plus side lovely staff

First time in ages I actually received service from a staff member who really cared to help, who was monitoring the change rooms.. Very off putting when walking in to be kinda greeted by staff members chatting then stop welcome you then go back to there private not work related conversation. Previously I have walked out due to half attempted service but was forced to shop as I give a voucher for xmas.

Snobby employees, walked in, walked around in circles trying to find something, not a single employee came to help even though the shop had more employees than customer at the time. Don't waste your money here.

The shopping experience at ezibuy was exemplary. Would definitely shop at ezibuy for midrange women's clothing again :)
