I'm a client of Eyerly Ball and the staff are great.

Good people, but like everywhere else, this place is understaffed, they'll help you, you just have to call them repeatedly until they answer calls and get the ball rolling.

I have been signed up with Eyerly Ball from November 2017 until December 2019, and no help just broken promises. I have only seen them four or five times. They seem unorganized and cannot upkeep their current patient load. They should consider sending references out to other agencies. Abandonment and rejection is what I have experienced. When I reached out to a supervisor about issue he didn't care enough to call me back. Through the lack of care they showed me I have reached a new low. To bad I cannot file charges against them for malpractice.

Dont waste your time this agency doesn't care about its clients.

Melonie Howard is the worst and most unstable doctor I have ever had. She kept switching my medications around and starting new ones only to stop them. Including a benzo anxiety medication, she gave me Clonazapam but wouldn t give me non controlled mood stabilizers. She accused me of lying about my symptoms so I didn t have to work and so I could take advantage of social security so I could get paid for sitting around doing nothing. She said I ll just keep going to the psych hospital until I get approved for disability. She is far more unstable than her patients and if you want to be spared emotional abuse and outrage don t see her.

Don't waste your time, took months to get an IHH Worker and then after months of having a near Useless two sided Worker I asked to be switched and turns out 2 weeks later I was but no one has contacted me. Waste of time, useless workers with no care.

Seeking to merely make an appointment was difficult. Called twice during office hours but no one answered the phone. Left a message, but no one ever returned the call after four days. It's a good thing I wasn't in desperate need of help. When I called back the person that answered wasn't even in the office I called (the phones apparently transfer, but the message says you are to push "1" to be transferred to someone to make an appointment in the office you are calling. When the other office receptionist answered she had no idea who I was asking for or where to find her. I told her I was looking at their website. Still not clue. So she offered to transfer me to the corporate office and that person had no idea where to find her, but did have a directory listing to give me. And of course that number resulted in another no real person to answer so I had to leave another message. It's the reason why I have yet to make an appointment with any "counselor".

They have the right people to get you back on track for your mental health. Good alternative in inpatient hospital. They provide services based on your income.

Like many mental health facilities in the area, resources are lacking. With that being said, there is clear passion among the staff members at Eyerly Ball and they do their best to provide compassionate care!
