This morning i snapped my frames and went to Eyemagination without an appointment i was told the frames would need to be replaced and it would cost $200.00 .he had me over a barrel as i can't see very well without them but instead he told me to go to Molino Jewelry where i was able to get them fixed for a nominal charge so thanks to everyone at Eyemagination for your help and honesty both so hard to find in today's world

Dr. Galena, Lou, and Josh are always professional and attentive to you. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. That is why my family has been a long time customer.

My family and I have been going to Eyemagination for years and was always happy with their service but as of late I have to say I have not been pleased at all. I just tried to make an appointment and after ten minutes I was still on the line holding, when I asked what is taking so long she stated she needed to verify the insurance. I told her cant you do that after and she said no, not I'm sorry for the wait or can I set this up and give you a call back when I am done. The person did not care of my time holding, so I just told her this is ridiculous I cant hold any longer. This is the first this has happened but I feel lately they are more focused on getting paid then anything else. Their frames are overpriced and the last few years they charge an additional $35 for contact fitting. My insurance told me that is just an extra charge they put in because their is no reason why they should have that charge. Unfortunately, I have to look for a new place. They just lost a family of 5.

Love these guys! Very accommodating to my needs. It's a popular spot, so it gets crowded, and that shouldn't keep you away! The staff is friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable. Dr Galina is an amazing man!

Attractive, spotless and immaculate new facility. Friendly and attentive service from the staff. Great selection of frames. But for me, most importantly was the attentive, thorough and ultra professional care from Dr. David Galina.

I have been going to eye imagination for at least 15years. I love Dr Galina and all in his office are such wonderful, sincere and kind hearted people! Dr Galina is the eye doctor that you want to see. He is professional, thorough and complete in his practice. You will feel very comfortable with him and will be completely satisfied with your visits. I want to also mention that Louis Cantor is an excellent optician. I have been so happy going to eye magination!!!!!!

Booked an appointment online, it was unfortunately cancelled. But the two young ladies at the reception desk (I can t remember their names) were super helpful over the phone and in person! They squeezed me in for an appointment that day! And super personable ladies at that. I ve been going to Dr. Galina since I was a child, always a polite, positive gentleman. The new location is an added bonus to the wonderful staff!

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly office! I trust them totally with my eye glasses, contacts and above all the health of my eyes. Dr. Galina is very thorough and I enjoy my visits to his office. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. You always feel welcome here.

Dr. Galina and his staff are amongst the most professional and caring eye care providers I have come across in my years. From the initial exam to picking out my glasses, to my annual check-up, whenever I have gone into the Eye-imagination office in Pomona, I have and continue to receive such amazing customer service as if I am their only patient. I highly recommend Eye-imagination for lenses, frames, and all around eye care.

After a decade away I was going to be a returning customer to Eyemagination, but when I called to confirm my appointment I did not have one! Only reason for the second star is a fond memory.

UPDATE: I was contacted later in the day by the staff, and they were able to get me an appointment near the time I was originally scheduled, so I have adjusted my rating to 4 stars because of good Customer Service skills (problem resolution) ... still a little upset so I'm keeping a star off for now.

Consistent excellent service for more than 3 decades says it all

I highly recommend the office for exams and eye glasses. I have been going to them for over 20 years, annual eye exams and glasses. I Iove working with Lou for eyewear and he always pulls through. Come with no ideas and pick from large selection or come with what I call projects . Recently I stopped in and said Lou, I have a couple projects in mind . He listened and came up some ideas to research my needs. Lou called a few days later to deliver on a plan to make it happen. About 10 days later I had exactly what I was looking for. Have to say I was really excited but Lou was even more excited knowing he delivered exactly what I wanted. I promise, you can t go wrong and won t be disappointed.

Doctor and staff are very professional. The new location is really nice.

Recently visited Eye-Magination & they have exceeded my expectations. They were not only amazing but patient with my 5yr old that went for the first time. Very accommodating when I had to schedule 5 other appointments. I 100% recommend EYE-MAGINATION!!

I had my eyes examined on Monday. The company followed all the cdc quidelines, my temperature was taken and I sanitized my hands. My appointment was at 11 by 11:05 I was in the examination room. Dr Galina was courteous and thorough. I have been coming here for years the service is excellent and the staff is delightful!

Today I went to get contacts and the doctor was very nice. However the man who was supposed to teach me how to take them in and out, I think his name was Lou, was very rude and impatient. Every time I tried and failed he would sigh, raise his voice and say something like "what are you doing" and then roll his eyes. Then when I picked up the mirror to help me he faced it down and wouldn't let me use it. He obviously didn't know what he was talking about because when I went to the bathroom and USED the mirror I got it on my first try. I'm NEVER going back again, I rather have terrible vision then have that man try to help me again.

I'm new to the area, and as I've told Dr., his is the most comprehensive exam that I've ever received in 35 years of wearing glasses and contacts. He was also.great with my special needs grandchild as is all the staff. Friendly neighborhood environment, pleasant staff, great prices, good professional eye care! I couldn't be happier!!

Our family went to Eye-Magination for glasses for many years between appx. 2006 and 2015. The service and quality used to be good, but we've had bad experiences the last two times we went. When I got my last pair of progressives about two years ago, they were made incorrectly and I needed to remove my glasses in order to read (unlike with prior pairs of progressives). As a result, I lost those glasses when I removed them on the train to read and accidentally got off without them. So I went to Eye-Magination in September for a new exam and ordered a new pair of glasses. After I hadn't heard from them for three weeks, I called the store to find out that the frames I ordered were no longer available, but no one had bothered to check that when I ordered them or, more importantly, call to tell me that for three weeks, and I had to call them to find out. Then I went back to the store (a half-hour drive for me) to choose new frames and reorder the glasses. Again, after not hearing anything for almost three weeks, I called to find out that the glasses had been ready for several days, yet no one had called to let me know. After I picked up the glasses and wore them for a week or so, I realized that I wasn't able to read signs at a distance as well as I could with a 3 year old pair of glasses I still had. So I drove back to the store with the glasses and was told by Lou that the prescription had been written incorrectly for one of the lenses. He sent them back to the lab to be redone. Guess what? I never heard from them again until I called a few weeks later to inquire, and once again, found that the glasses were ready, but no one had called me. And when my wife went to pick them up -- a full 3 months after I had my exam and first ordered them -- Lou denied that any mistake had been made with the prescription or by the lab, telling her something about how "they took away the minuses" and that the problem had to do with aging. Really???
I don't know what's happened to Eye-Magination, but it's disappointing. It used to be a good store and every member of my family has gotten glasses there, with no problems in the earlier years. But this experience was ridiculous and extremely unprofessional, and we won't be returning again.

Dr. Miller was very knowledgeable and patient with me during my visits. He also took his time answering all my question and giving me his suggestions. Lou help me choose a beautiful pair of Tiffany & Co. glasses. He took his time and didn't rush me when trying on several pairs. Would recommend eyemagination!

I have been going to Eyemagination Optical since 2008, amazing staff very friendly, I learned how to put contacts on thanks to lou. I highly recommend going here. No regrets!

My 9 year old went here and said she "really likes this eye place". She had said the doctor was "very nice and friendly and would come back again." I have been a customer for many years and never had any issues. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

My new eyeglasses are a maybe a little pricey but I absolutely LOVE them. It was really as if I had new eyes.

This was my first visit and appointment with Dr. Galina. I was very impressed with the appearance of their new office. I was equally impressed with the help and care of the doctor and his staff. The receptionists went above and beyond to help me with insurance concerns and Dr. Galina was very thorough and gave explanations to everything he did, as well as his findings. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Galina and his practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Galina for many years for vision care. He is so kind, patient, helpful and very thorough. I highly recommend this practice. The consistently busy office full of smiling customers is evidence of the quality of this practice. So many patients have been with Dr. Galina for generations so it's truly a family affair. Dr. David Galina was excellent in explaining why my eyes were healthy and discussed how to keep them healthy. The technical equipment and visual aids are extremely helpful in further understanding the optical healthcare experience. Fantastic eye examination. Had an awesome experience here! All of the employees were very well informed and trained in regards to the different types of frames, lenses, and different coatings that were available with my insurance which, although very limited, still had some stylish frames. Everyone worked very well together and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything that my insurance didn t cover. The optometrist was very thorough examining my eyes and had a very upbeat demeanor. He explained everything in layman s terms and I felt very comfortable and well informed about what he recommended. Although this was my first visit everyone made me feel as if I was being warmly welcomed into their family . Thank you to all of you for making this experience so outstanding.

I have been coming here for MANY years. All the staff knows and greets me by name, but more importantly, they have the most up to date and cutting edge technology you could hope for. I never feel as if there is some aspect of eye care that I am missing out on.
I have had several different insurance changes through the years, and all have been accepted.
I feel like they always take the time with me, to understand my needs, and explain changes ,not rushing me in and out like many doctors do nowadays.
I could go on and on of how wonderful they are, but I will instead tell you go and discover it for yourself.
You will NEVER be disappointed!

For courteous professional personal service you should go nowhere else but to Lou. He went above and beyond in dealing with my insurance company when they originally denied paying for my eye glass prescription coverage. Typically I see an Opthamologist for my routine eye exams. I decided to give Dr Galina a try after hearing so much positive feedback about him. He was amazing. Soft spoken, gentle, thorough and so knowledgable. In addition, the front end staff was so helpful is selecting my frames. They have an amazing selection to choose from. They cover all spectrums. Give them a try. I think you will be happy you did.

My family and I have been buying glasses here since 1977. Dr. Galina is thorough in his examinations and is great at explaining the results to his patients. Lou always helps us find the perfect frames. They work with insurance and anytime there was ever a problem they ALWAYS worked to fix immediately! We have never left the store unhappy!
