Clean and good service. Baby does wonderful eyebrow beautification and Feroze has a beautiful sense of haircuts and hairstyling, both are Senior in their respective areas and knows their job very well

Just because it is in a mall, it is expensive. And the rates completely not justified. 700 plus taxes for a male haircut and 400 plus taxes for beard trimming. The stylist did not even understand the style I wanted even after showing him the picture twice. He kept going to do other chores while working on me. I had to constantly keep telling him what to do. And after that, I get not even half of what I wanted. Had to politely Tel him to stop so he didn't spoil my hair anymore. I went there because I was short on time but next time even if I don't have a choice, I won't go there. Didn't even care to offer a glass of water after charging a bomb. Unpleasant experience.

Services provided by Baby. I am really satisfied with the outcome. She even suggests you proper products based on your skin and its problems. I started going here once it reopened after the lockdown. And I am sticking here from now on.

Their hygiene is good. Senior hairstylists are good, but juniors are not up to the mark.

Baby is extremely professional and shapes my brows just perfect. Thank u and I look forward to visiting the salon again.

much efficient and polite staff...service is nice...they use loreal professional high end hair quality product...they maintain good hygiene too..but pocket pinch is too much high for any service only for their brand value i think

I wanted to have pixie cut and i didnt want inexperienced hand to do it but when i called the salon, the lady who answered told me that the junior stylist can also do it. Turned out the junior was scared to do it and they still let her go ahead and messed up my hair

Don t make the mistake of going to this salon. The stylist are untrained and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I went to get a haircut at this salon and asked the stylist for a fade undercut, he proceeded with the haircut and almost an hour into the hair cut when I realised that he was not getting anywhere with it and had no idea what a fade undercut was I pulled out a picture and showed him. I spite of this and the stylist working on my hair for 2 full hours I was not able to get the desired haircut. They charged me 800 and some change for the haircut. I just paid and quietly left never to return again. I could have got the correct hair cut for under 100 at any random salon.

in spite of giving good ambience, good cooperation and high charge, I felt some of them are not that efficient for doing proper haircut as u really want. after hair cut, they use to apply volume enhancer, serum, drier and u think its wow....but after taking a bath after nxt day real picture will appear and some times its a big mess !!! specially for those girls having short hair cut.....

my 944 rs went waste with a poor dull look of the hair cut.

If you are looking for the best beauty and skin treatment then this is the best place. Mrs. Baby Shaw is the answer. With vast knowledge of beauty products, she has all the solution of skin problems. An amazing beautician.

Not satisfied with the services.went for haircolor global even after showing what colour i want but the final colour came out to be something different.very expensive.

They just fool the customer..Would recommend not to visit this place..there are n number of options in kolkata. They told me to take best facial of 4500 +taxes once I agreed the lady went outside and said see you told customer to go for O3+ facial and sold him better deal with higher price..you take some sales idea from me I am sure that I wl never visit here again.

I did my hair cut in EyeCatcher South City Mall....all the staff are wonderful and friendly specially @Martha & @Firoz, from last 6 years they really word hard to give me new look every time...when ever i come to salon i feel super happy

I use their services for hair colour regularly. Martha who does it is great, efficient and always smiling and courteous.

Hair stylist Martha is not good at all. This place is overrated, overcharged. Asked for some haircut did something else. Worst experience with such a high pay.

I got a mani pedi that I wouldn't recommend. Lot of flourish, no substance.

So I went this place first to do manicure pedicure but could not get appointment as it was full..So better to book first and then go..Next time went for a hair do , I asked the person for Indian bun..where as the bun which she did that's good but flower set up I didn't like much ..The style in the picture they did first so I asked them to remove and made it circle only . considering the charge they takes for hair styling, nearly 2k , much more better service is expected

Love the salon, i rely on it for my forthrightly beauty appointments that Baby didi amazingly takes care of with her wonderful aesthetic sense. Recommend her to everyone.

Quite a sparkly salon, was pretty impressed by their services and the cleanliness of the place. Nice, courteous staff who know what they are doing.

Hair is something you should never compromise on. This place, would never disappoint you. At least, I was never dissatisfied with their service. Very friendly staff.

Great ambience great service very hygienic and the best beautiful is rinku Shaw. Her magical hands makes me feel in heaven .am always distressed and relaxed after the rituals done by rinku.

Worst experience ever. Please if you have other parlour option , then donot ever go to south city mall eye catchers. I went there for waxing, clean up and threading and the overall service was catered to me by one of their lady stuff. Poorly performed, i have to tell them to redo stuff since they were in such a hurry. She changed my eye brow shape altogether, plus i have experienced worst rica waxing. They charged 1800 for clean up and they did my clean up for 15 mins without even allowing my face pack to get dry and also they have not cleaned my whiteheads. Please don t take any service from this eye catcher branch atleast. Wastage of my money and time. I am waiting to grow my eyebrows again and planning for another clean up soon , since they have messed it up. Only the ambience was noteworthy but staff are reckless and need to be more trained and professional.

Had a wonderful experience. Environment is extremely well set for the apt servicing. I had my services done by Baby, she is extremely well versed with her work and I m happy with the service and the good behaviour. Would totally recommend.

Excellent services in hair section,particularly I like ferozwho does excellent job, and a word of praise for baby,who made me feel special a d gave me a wonderful facial it felt real good

Very good salon with experts who provides proper service based on your hair needs, especially Martha whose hands work like magic.she is very experienced & her attitude is very very friendly.i am very satisfied with her service & the products used by the salon.must visit for all who wants to get the best salon service.

I thought this was a 7 star salon what I heard. But the behaviour of the managers are so mean and cheap . Especially a fair lady, she doesn't know amy manners. This was 3rd time of my visit. And everytime they have disappointed me. Service was ok type. I went for hair rituals yesterday. And another worst thing is they don't provide hard copy of bill after service. Such a nonsense. They keep telling one excuse that they can't provide hard copy of bills due to their network problem. A big stupid excuse. This cannot be a 7 star or 5 star salon.

Excellent Service - Cordial Staff - Effective Treatment that lasts.....

My mom visits eye catchers regularly and i also visited it last week. I was really happy with the service provided by Baby Shaw and the advice she gave on taking care of the skin through homemade treatment. I will definitely go back there for all my skin care needs.

Their prices justify the ambience but not the haircut. Hairstylists are not very trained, so no point in going to this place.

I wanted a hair setting done on 8th of june so i called up for an appointment and asked for a senior hairstylist and they told me for hairstyling experienced stylist not required. And they messed up.Must say they dont care about their reputation,if they cant do a simple hairsetting what can they do?

Did smoothening once.. my hair damaged totally.. they charge so much high.. still the effect doesn't stay long.. don't do it from here..

Eyecatchers us an unisex salon. They have many outlets in Kolkata. Bit overpriced. Note that not all the beautycianscians are expert . Few are good at their work. Sometimes fail to keep their appointment time. The only advantage is some of their outlets are inside the mall. If you have other work you can pay a visit for quick fix too like eyebrows and upperl lips.

Horrendous experience in this salon! I had oiled hair and was refused a hair cut citing the reason that oil will not come out if I don t go for a treatment and hair cut will not be good! And my kid was taken for a hair cut without a shampoo and I had to insist on a shampoo! Just a salon for treating customers as bakras and fleecing as much money as possible and if they refuse to go for treatments even the services would be refused.

Very nice place. The cleanliess and the hygene part is taken care of very well. Also one of the best salons in the city to get pampered in. The decor and the ambience add on to the beauty of the place.
I have been a regular visitor for quite a few years now. Baby Shaw is an amazing skincare help. She is really good at her job and bonds with you on a personal level. Suraj is a very good hair expert as well. I really loved my hair spa from him. He also gives you tips and assistance for hair care.

Little high rate parlour if you're going for head to toe services its gonna put a hole in pocket but the services are really great and very helpful and cooperative staff

FIROZ is amazing hairdresser.I have been going to Firoz for 2 years. Firoz does my hair perfect.He has helped me transition from longer hair to shorter hair style.

It's expensive but the service is amazing. Waiting area, reception, manicure pedicure section, comfortable hair wash seats, friendly hosts. Money well spent.

A top notch place to get trendy hairstyles and hair make-up, one of many famed joints located just on the Jadavpur PS road, opposite of Aurobindo Seva Kendra (EEDF) nursing home. Prices are a bit on the higher end, but that's expected from a trendy hair salon like this one, considering it provides latest fashionable hairstyling options (perms, coloring, cuts, spa and other manicure treatments), keeping up to date with the latest trends in fashion industry.

Treatment was brilliant but need some extra training for customer service

I went for a haircut, threading. I had a wonderful experience. Linette gave me the cut that i iad imagined impeccably. Rinki ( hopefully the name is not wrong ) serviced my threading and it was quick, painless and precise. It was a Sunday , 7.30pm for them and they agreed to render all services politely. Ambience is sparkly and clean. I really enjoyed my time here. And the pocket pinch is absolutely worth it.

My absolute favourite salon in the city. Great ambience and customer oriented approach. I love the hair services by Martha and beauty services by Baby.

Our Chairman Mr. Manab Chaudhuri is a regular customer of Eye Catchers , South City, Kolkata.
He has told me to write to you that he is very satisfied with the service provided by South City Branch, Kolkata. Mr. Raju who is an excellent person and a very good Hair Cutter.
All other Staffs are very cordial and sober.

I love this salon. Firoz is my favourite hairstylist. My entire family goes to him for their hair styling. I can completely trust him for styling my hair. I would highly recommend to get a hair cut done by him. He has been my hair stylist over 3 years now.
