Recently had a birthday here and the basic package requires at least 10 kids with 2 free. You basically just pay for 10 tickets and get table space for your party guests for 2 hours which is a great deal. This requires you to order your own food, drinks, plates, napkins, cake, favors, etc. It ended up being slightly cheaper than the average birthday place but you do all the work. The people working at the counter were pleasant and gave us party shirts for the birthday kids. The only downside was trying to get all the kids off the course to eat and sing Happy birthday. The workers try to help out but most kids ignored them so we ended up skipping the birthday song and cake and scrambled to eat before our time was up. Kids loved it, although some were really afraid at first. I would recommend it for birthdays if you don't mind doing all the work.

We went to the mall for ice skating and when the kids saw the Adventure Ropes Course they wanted to do that as well so I went to the counter to ask until what time we can come back and we where told 10:00 pm they would sell the last tickets. We came to the counter at 9:55 pm and where told they are closed already. After getting the manager he informed us that 10:00 pm on a Saturday we would usually be able to purchase tickets but since they where having a slow night they decided to close earlier!

Today was our first time and it was great. My neighbor and I took our 6 yr old children and were assisted by manager leonard d. Who provided a safe and exciting guided instruction through the course. Kids felt more secure and were able to complete all obstacles thanks to his presence. Great experience grear customer service!

My children enjoyed the Palisades Climb Adventure. It was a perfect fun filled activity for a toddler boy, 3 young boys and a teenage girl all in one shot. My 2yr old loved the sky tyke, he didn't want it to end! My daughter, son and their cousins enjoyed the ropes course.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
Especially Nick with the Lavender Polo. It was our first time trying the climb. My son and his cousins were nervous. Nick was very considerate and informative. The boys were set to go after talking to him. Great customer service! Had a wonderful experience!
Look forward to taking the kids another day.

Came today with my daughter. My daughter had a worker named Tatiana. She was absolutely awesome. She was super sweet to my daughter. It was great to see someone be so sweet to everyone she hooked up to their harnesses.
Wish the world was full of people like Tatiana.

Lots of fun but a bit scary if you're scared of heights. I don't suggest for children under 10 unless they are active and every brave. Even my husband who initiated going here in the first place and had to convince me to join wouldn't complete the top level from fear! But I did!!!

I don t know how this place only has 67 reviews. It was absolutely fantastic. The only thing I would improve is, there is a huge bottleneck for the zip line. We got our tickets on Groupon which saved some money. I felt incredibly safe and definitely got my money s worth for the hour plus we spent on the obstacles. This was so much fun and I intend on coming back in a few months. The staff was attentive and even helped a couple young ones out who were scared.

Went this past Saturday night. Bought 4 tickets. The line was long but I was hoping to go through in a timely manner. At first it didn't seem as if it would take that long to complete this course. Waited over 45 mins and moved a grand total of 5 feet on the line. The staff, do nothing to try and move the lines a long. Once you go in, you can take as long as you want to complete the course. Once inside, a person could hang out there all day and there was no one paying attention to move them along. Had to get off the line because of dinner reservations we had at 6:30. Came back the line was no better. Decided this wasn't worth it. Went to the counter and asked for a refund and was told "We have a no refund policy." Meanwhile, NO WHERE at the attraction was this posted - which it should have been by law. I'll also add that I spoke to another person who purchased tickets changed their minds and DID RECEIVE a refund. SO obviously, this place is a scam only looking to take your money or they just decide at random who they want to give a refund to and who they don't. I would save your money and not give this place a dime. They take your money, give poor service and then tell you tough luck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

And by the way - to the manager and owner here - take note, you are LEGALLY liable to post your return/refund polices in a visible place. NO WHERE at your attraction was any such notice posted. I took pictures of the entire area and there was none.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for accommodating our church group. We all had a blast and your staff present on Jan 28, 2017 were very professional and helped our young kids get over their fear of heights. Amazing times and amazing staff!

This obstacle course is good for kids, pretty much fool proof which is why you are left on your own. Make sure to read the large description on the back board before making a purchase, they do not give you any verbal insights or recommendations. For example, if an obstacle is zip-tied or bolted off you learn while you are on the course you cannot access it, there is no prior heads up...it wasn't busy so I feel like they could have informed us prior. Nor is there any instructions where to start or how to rig along your journey...so strange.

The staff is barely friendly, nor very informed of their harness how to's, they solely tighten you up as per their liability policy. I rock climb and do obstacle courses often, I know how to properly set up harness but they would not understand that the harness was digging into lady parts it should not have. Instead of loosening up back straps, they gave me a bigger harness, which was too big, everything was loose for the whole course, lol.

We were hoping to have a good time but honestly for the money we spent, I feel there are better things to do with your money in the mall.

Felt very uncomfortable, the young man working there was immensely rude, continually tried to hit on me while I was with my boyfriend, stared at me every time I walked away and would not stop badgering asking me questions. He ruined the entire experience and I won t be returning, asked me what I did for work and then told me it was an easy job and he works much harder than I do; didn t seem like that from what I observed... Mike could not take the hint and kept coming over striking up conversation even after I had finished my adventure, so much so my mother felt uncomfortable and he was not hitting on her... overall worst experience here and I ve been here before, thought this worker s behavior was completely inappropriate and should not have a job working with the youth

This attraction is a very nice course, the kids (and adults alike) always enjoy it and have a great time there, but it is so hot in that area, they gotta somehow get some fans or better ac there, it would be greatly appreciated, as well I suggest if you go there to take along a good pair of gloves so your hands don't get hurt from the ropes etc, or maybe they should sell them there at a minimal price.
The staff there was pretty friendly though, the cashier Jessica was the most friendliest of all!

The biggest ropes course so far when compared to other indoor and outdoor locations with smaller square footage. A variety of challenges. There is a Mini zip line included which is part of the course. Felt safe and stable. In rests on the heart of the mall, so can't miss it, don't miss a beat.

Omg!! My twin boys are 4 and we did the toddler course, they did not want to leave!! The first time around they were a bit scared but by the second time they were having no issues. The part of taking along the top piece was hard for them in the beginning i had to help them out but then they got the hang of it and were able to do it themselves. There was no time limit or anything so we were there for over an hour. They will definitely make sure i take them again.

We went for the tightrope place and spent $20 per person and ~2 hours going through their course. They don't allow cell phones on the course but they do provide lockers for free. And you can have a friend take pics from outside of the course.
