MARTHA.. is a experienced hair dresser and her work is really professional. I am very happy with her service and from last 6 years I'm am taking service from her. She is very well mannered and kind person with lots of knowledge in hair treatment and has a great knowledge about products.

A lady named priyanka had cut my hair, I have told her i wanted a long A line Bob which is in trend at the moment. I had even shown her a picture, I guess she still didnt understand. After she was done cutting my hair, i had to tell her to redo my hair as she cut it uneven and not as i had expected. After she cut my hair the second time it looked alittle better but still my hair is uneven. I mean what happened?? I always thought eye catcher was the best. Maybe the staff's need more training!! Over all, bad haircut!!

Very bad experience I am a old customer but the staff behaviour was very ignorant and had a very bad guidance.The staff specially the front counter persons behaviour was very bad.

I went to cc2 eye cathcher on 13th oct 2020.as i was told abt 2kinds of packages 600 n 800 . As it was haire cut i went for 800 for senior styler. Before cutting & booking appointment n number of times i asked them wheher they ll b able able to , complete waste of money..at end i got a horrible hair cut..big brand big name, quality 0, styler is extremely inefficient, fake promise to show off

I had an appointment with Feroz! He is knowledgeable and knows exactly the kind of hair cut you would probably need. He is also good at suggesting hair color! All staffs are polite. Although a bit pricey but hygienic services worth the price! Overall a good experience!!

I had a very bad experience with my nose piercing there. They pierced thrice on a same place. It was a very painful experience. They should ve hire experienced workers. After a wrong piercing, they also charged 2200 bucks. Very disappointing.

Bad experience as far as hair colour. Goofed up badly. I had to redo elsewhere. And inspite of taking such an expensive membership they cant provide a haircut for a kid. Calls waiting of 5 hours. Pointless to have membership

I have a problem of hair falls.. Then I going eye catchers for hair spa and scalp treatment.. Firoz Ali was doing my all treatment.. Nd after first treatment I noticed my hairs come so smooth and glossy that I always need.. I am starting this treatment 3 months ago.. But now my hair fall problem was gone. I asked the lady staff member to give me an anti blemish cream. After I paid a hefty amount she gave me the cream I noticed the cream was a bit weird and went without thinking much about it since I m a trustful person.

Now when I reach my home I found out it is a vaginal care cream used to clean the vagina.

Good service, bad practices, exorbitant charges. Charges 600 extra for sulphate free shampoo + straight blow dry 700. Ended up paying 1400+ for a simple shampoo and blow dry!

One of the reason for me to stick to this place despite of busy schedule and travelling is Baby. She is the senior beautician of eye catchers south City mall and she is ace in her job. One of the finest services I get from here including my whole family. Thankyou

Rajesh the hairstylist was so helpful and considerate . He listened to my problem, what I wanted.He politely explained to me the pros and cons of what I wanted . He was very professional. I was satisfied with his work on my hair. On the other hand a man named Firoz was rude. At first he was appointed to address my concern and he did not make any effort to listen to what I wanted .i have no words to explain his behaviour. And don t get me started about the ugly lady at the counter. She needs some serious etiquette lessons.So due to these people with low IQ... I am not setting foot on that damn place again. I d rather spend my 7000 to 8000 bucks at a place where people are more down to earth and more decent.If anyone wants to go there ( i d Rather you not go though)meet Rajesh only. He is professional, smart, and he knows his art well.

A beautiful place for beauty treatment as well as skin treatment also. The best beautician u will get here, name is Baby Shaw. Dynamic, soft spoken, highly talented, experienced and she has a vast knowledge about beauty products. She handles very carefully and gently. I had an issue with dark circle in my face and few spots of acne and I have visited many skin treatment clinics but haven t got any result. But this lady cured these major problems of mine with treatment. Truly genius and truly a seven star parlour in the city of joy.

Whimsical service post they reopened after renovation. Sometimes they do a great job. Sometimes not so much. If you are a first time visitor, better ask around for suggestions on the stylists.

My mom and I rely on this place. The staff is good and so is the ambiance. Rinku is our go-to person for threading and waxing. She does her work really well and has a personal touch to it. Would strongly recommend it!

The stylists are very efficient and creative. The real reason behind it's success.

The management is quite poor on multiple occasions.

I ve been going to this salon for a while now and I m satisfied with the excellent grooming service provided to me by the staff, especially Baby, who understands what I require.
It s hygienic and efficient.

This salon is simply overhyped. The quality of service was horrible. And the charges for services are tooo high.!! I mean who charges 2400 for a shampoo blowdry !!!. Don't ever visit this salon as all you will get is a bad service and disappointment.

The staff is amazing and the hair stylist Manoj is just amazing, my favorite :)

Extremely unprofessional !
I made appointments for 3 days in a row for hair color but each time I went they said the color didn't come .
Talked to 2 managers - nobody knew when the hair color was arriving .
Also the main person in charge did not pick up her phone when called 3-4 times
Total harassment and waste of time .
Good only for hair cuts .

These guys are really good and professional enough. And especially Baby is really good when it comes to massage and other things as well. I'll be happy to visit you people again. Keep it up.

Well, the staffs here are arrogant and make high airs, which is beyond my understanding because we are paying money for good service. A hair cut is just not a hair cut.! There must be a good communication between the two of us and we must feel comfortable. Comfort is a high-end demand here, the staffs are just doing their job with little interest in knowing what exactly we are looking for. They don't know how to talk to a customer, they just walk around with their nose raised high!

I am fond of this Salon.. Every service I take, I am very much satisfied with it.. The staffs over here are very professional. Among all of them I must mention the name of their senior stylist Martha, who is an excellent stylist. I must recommend her!!

My friend got a very nice hair cut seeing her I decided to give Eyecatchers a try I will not say the hairstylist Sarita who cut my hair was bad but she was cluelsss .. having a round face and curly hair I didn't want my hair to be cut above my cheeks but she took the scissors and simply gave me a blunt cut no precision no skill at all ..she gave me a nice blow dry for which I am giving her a two she kept on asking me why my hair is so frizzy like its my fault that I have frizzy wavy hair .. the haircut was for 800+gst which was totally not worth it.
