Extension, Inc Review

After leaving my job of 3 years I really struggled to find work again. I have pretty decent experience and I wasn't asking for anything unrealistic. With that being said, I was coming up on 6 months without any work and I wasn't having any luck. That's when Anthony, a recruiter from Extension Staffing, reached out to me after finding my resume online. He scheduled me for an interview right away and soon after found me work! Not only was the job exactly the type of work I was looking for when it came to the type of work and environment, but the location, pay and hours were exactly what I was looking for too! The whole Extension Staffing team was very helpful but, Anthony really went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my job search. Both Anthony and the Extension Staffing team have been extremely professional and helpful every step of the way. Plus, they were always available to answer any questions, they updated me regularly with their progress and they always seemed to go above and beyond when ever possible. For example, they once stayed after 5pm so I could come in to fill out paperwork that I needed to complete before I could start work the following Monday. So, if you are looking for work I would highly suggest partnering up with Extension Staffing and I promise you will be very pleased with the results! I just wish I would have found them sooner because it would have saved me a lot of time, money and stress.

Marissa has been very helpful in my job search. Professional and friendly over the phone and in person, from start to finish!! And always reachable!! I was somewhat hesitant that she would find anything due to specific hours I needed. She not only found a job that met the hours I needed but it was also full time!!

Extension is by far the best staffing agency I've worked with. They're quick, efficient, respectful and truly experts within the staffing realm. If you're worried about finding a new job - let Extension do the worrying for you. They have the networking, the inside info and the personalized care that other staffing agencies are fundamentally incapable of matching. Beware of other staffing agencies - Extension takes the cake by far. I found permanent employment at a prestigious employer all thanks to the amazing work Extension provides. Very professional and dedicated team of people work here. After 14 years at a corporation, I was laided off. When I applied to ten different positions and attended some interviews and got turned down multiple times, my moral sinked low. The experience I got from Extensions was that they provide opportunities of employment and ensure the position fits the candidate. Researching information on potential employers is a monumental task and takes hours of unpaid work at your home, not guaranteeing any results. When I was offered an interview, Extensions went into detail about the type of work and technology involved with the potential employer. They helped me brushed up my resume and advise me on how to perform well in the interview. I got an awesome interview and great career opportunity with one of their clients. But I found employment elsewhere on my, own using the techniques acquired from the recruiters at Extensions. After one month of employment (not working for Extensions) they still reached out to ensure I was happy. I am a professional in my field of work, not a professional at finding employment. I went through this company a few years back, and enjoyed the recruiter that I was assigned to. She ended up leaving the company and they assigned me to someone else. This lady was very rude, and short with me due to I had to cancel our initial meeting. However, apparently she didn't want to deal with me after that. I just ended the relationship with Extension because I never was treated in such a manner until this lady Kelly was assigned.

Met with my recruiter one time . I was very excited to work with them I was the only one to reach out to them a month later I still never hear from them so I m looking for other agencies to work with.

Don't waste your time they will act like they have some work for you setup an interview and then you'll never hear from them again.

Your better off seeing what position they have for you then go fill out the app with the actual company.

Tim had the nerve to call my place of employment to try and recruit me. This place has horrible work ethics.

I worked with Bri Tobin to find a Regional Account Manager for our company, The Priton Group. She was exceptional to work with. She never pressured me to accept a candidate, and continually found new people to interview until I found the perfect match. A waste of time and gas, will never refer anyone to this temp agency. Very, very unprofessional recruiters. Will have you come into the office, act like they looking for work for u and they will never call u about the position or send u off and say oh they went with another candidate.

I have worked with Extension before, and there were a pleasure to work with. So when I need to look for work again, Extension was the staffing firm I contacted. The Agent I worked with was Anthony Sturino. Anthony was truly awesome. I never felt pressured to taken a role. His main concern was to find me the right job for me and my family. He called at least 2 times a week with any updates or possible job leads. I HIGHLY recommend Anthony Sturino. I will tell anyone who is looking for work to contact Extension and work with Anthony.

Great company really found me a job within a week and was great with communicating

After the initial interview, I was the one to reach out for any updates at the nearly two week mark. After that, never heard from them. My advice is to hit the ground running and create opportunities for yourself.

I hate to give such a low review but I signed up with them, was contacted about a potential job, played phone tag with them which caused me to miss that opportunity, didn't hear from them for 3 months, got contacted for another job and got an interview, only to not get it, and I haven't heard from them since. That was 5 months ago. So, I guess thanks for wasting my time? Not upset they didn't get me a job, just upset by them seeming to fall of the face of earth, unprompted.

Met with a recruiter back in February 2016, had a nice discussion about my career aspirations, haven't heard from her since. It is now October 31st.

I've been to 2 different Extensions locations eagerly looking for employment help after i lost my job. Both locations turned out to be a joke. The Wauwatosa location, got me one interview back in July, and then 1 of the 2 interviewers ( the other was very nice) who was the main interviewer kept staring me down, giving me the impression she was wasting her time interviewing me, like she had no intention of considering me for the job i was there for. That was the only one Extensions had me go to. I've called them since,and ask them if they would be able to get me more interviews, and i haven't heard back from them. I have over 30 years of office experience, and have good old fashioned work ethics. I don't know if they want the younger generations (i'm almost 53), people of other nationalities, or whatever, but they could just be honest and let me know. Extensions deserves a 0!! Too bad 0 isn't an option

Anthony S. at Extension was a huge help in getting me a new job! He was able to accurately pinpoint my talents to find a new career that fit me. Thankful for the three week turn around after leaving my old position. Couldn t have done it without the help of Extension!

I have previously worked with Extension, had an amazing recruiter., and a good job But around the time my job did layoffs I come to find my original recruiter did not work there any more. So I did an updated interview with them and have yet to find work thru them and not even an email with any jobs. So that is main reason for a one star rating.
