I went through this company a few years back, and enjoyed the recruiter that I was assigned to. She ended up leaving the company and they assigned me to someone else. This lady was very rude, and short with me due to I had to cancel our initial meeting. However, apparently she didn't want to deal with me after that. I just ended the relationship with Extension because I never was treated in such a manner until this lady Kelly was assigned.
