My eyebrows came out perfect and the place was clean, calm and staff very friendly. I just didn t give it 5 stars because I came for a facial, lashes and nails like the website advertised but they don t offer those services at this location. I honestly would have gone someplace closer to home but I thought this place was a one stop shop for everything I wanted to get done. I probably won t be back since they re so expensive. $19 for eyebrow/lip threading! I m sure I can find a cheaper place that does the same threading.

It was a very quick and awesome experience.I was in and out in like 5 mins and my eyebrows look amazing! Super happy

I used to be a regular, but the last couple times I went the ladies at the host stand were snooty & rude. I went to get my eyebrows done the day before my birthday & they cut half of the tail of my eyebrow off & rather than her telling me about her mistake without my permission she added a little makeup to that spot so I wouldn't notice. (I have naturally thick eyebrows so I couldn't tell their was anything on my eyebrows) I realized what she did when I washed my face at home that night.

The experience is awesome and the atmosphere is amazing. The workers are lovely.

Usually come and get my brows done and I have no problems . Yet today walked in and asked how long the wait was and the front desk girl was sarcastic and snobby towards me for asking , and prompted to say "I don't know what services are being done with the other customers ". Howthe hell do you not know ? And how hard is it to ask ? And why are you being rude towards me after I asked nicely what your approximation was . I got treated like I was stupid for no reason . On top of it , the other receptionist girl chimed in and added in top of it . Thanks for making me feel stupid . Never going back

This place is amazing! Great customer service, it is always clean and I come out looking fantastic every time! I live in a different state and will only have my eyebrows done here! Highly recommend!!!

Went here for my brows and they did a great job but I also decided to get my lashes done and that was a big mistake. $30 something to get my lashes done and they put globs of glue on my lashes. I guess some things you do get what you pay for. Do your research, go elsewhere, and spend the extra money. I wish I could post a picture. DON T GO HERE FOR LASHES!!!

They are fast and thorough. I try to take advantage of the monthly specials (August - brow and tint for $25). I recommend finding someone you like and stick with them as they all have different approaches to your brow. I like natural...Kavita does a great job!

Best eyebrow place ever. Super quick and very nice staff. Also very reasonably priced.

I went in for my lashes and eyebrows, my eyebrows were perfect but whoever the woman was doing my lashes was horrible. She got SO much glue in my right eye I tried holding it together but I ve never had that issue getting my lashes done. She rushed and it was uneven, cool it happens the next day I put my flash light on my eye and the whole underside of my lashes are COVERED in glue. I was disappointed because I let so much slide and still tipped her very well. It s just really unfortunate she messed up my whole set of lashes and something that was supposed to be nice for me is now ruined.

I want to say the exquisite threading has no idea how to treat their employees. They should be mentoring for growth and improvement. Coaching someone to do better and to show them ways to do just that. Not fire them for the feelings of one person without trying to help correct the behaviors. Just like this review, it can be interpreted in different manners the same as anything else. They simply don't care about anything except for themselves. This means all of their employees are treated w the same poor integrity by the owners. I completely understand that this is a customer service based establishment, but in return we are all human and we all make mistakes. So everyone who sees this, please keep in mind that because you don't like something and you want to complain, with a company like exquisite, you will cost that person their job. This all very sad. A conversation most likely would have corrected it to avoid it in the future. There are some very informative classes you as owners can take to ensure you keep employees that will be loyal, work hard and genuinely care. Otherwise, keep hiring and firing.

My daughter talked me into going with her and while they did a nice,quick job,I will continue to do my own...It stung lol
