I want to say the exquisite threading has no idea ...

I want to say the exquisite threading has no idea how to treat their employees. They should be mentoring for growth and improvement. Coaching someone to do better and to show them ways to do just that. Not fire them for the feelings of one person without trying to help correct the behaviors. Just like this review, it can be interpreted in different manners the same as anything else. They simply don't care about anything except for themselves. This means all of their employees are treated w the same poor integrity by the owners. I completely understand that this is a customer service based establishment, but in return we are all human and we all make mistakes. So everyone who sees this, please keep in mind that because you don't like something and you want to complain, with a company like exquisite, you will cost that person their job. This all very sad. A conversation most likely would have corrected it to avoid it in the future. There are some very informative classes you as owners can take to ensure you keep employees that will be loyal, work hard and genuinely care. Otherwise, keep hiring and firing.
