They're quick and efficient. Hardly ever any wait, but if there is one a beverage is always offered. A little pricey, but the discount card comes in handy

The only place I go for my brows!! The staff is so friendly and professional and they always take walk ins within minutes!

First time getting lash extensions had a hard time with it at first but the lady was very patient with me and did a great job!

It was truly an excellent experience!!! I made an appointment with someone on the phone, come to find out later she was the Store Manager. Nasim the store manager provided an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. The service exceeded my expectation specially in a time where customer service in this time and age is non exitance. I am happy to recommend this store and will definitely be back. I've been coming here for several years now. I always call first and ask if Niru is working. She did my eyebrows the first time. I just love the way see does them. I've had them botched before and it takes forever to grow them back. She now also tints them. I probably would have NEVER tried tinting but I trust Niru. I had it done and I Loved it. It is now always apart of my eyebrow routine. The customer service is always friendly. I've never had a very long wait. Thank you Exquisite Threading for making people like me feel comfortable!!

Yesterday (07/01) I went to get my eyebrows threaded. Went in about 1:40pm and there was only one lady doing eyebrows and I was told the wait would be an hour and 30 minutes and I was like okay I ll leave and come back. After about an hour and a half I called back to check my spot and they told me two people were in front of me so I can back and then I was told that the longest wait could be an hour but the latest could be 25 minutes. I sit there and wait and it is almost 4pm now. The lady that was at the front desk comes out crying saying that she has a family emergency and everyone must leave. I was just very angry due to the fact that I had been waiting since 1! Exquisite you guys need to do better on having more than one person at the desk and threading. I had wasted so much time at that place and I vow to never come back again.

They accept walk-in's and are super quick! They always do a great job. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming.

I typically get my eyebrows waxed but dread going each and every time. I decided to let my eyebrows grow out for a few months and touched them up but I had an event coming up and needed my brows done. I researched methods to hair removal and when I came upon threading I figured I would try it out. Going to Exquisite Threading I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in when they opened and was nicely greeted. They immediately sat me down and began working on my eyebrows. Compared to waxing this was nearly painless and I would prefer threading over waxing. I was done in about 10min and after I found that my skin was not red and sensitive like when I get it waxed. Customer service was great. The service was great. I will definitely be going back!

There are several reasons why this is the only place I go to for my eyebrows. 1) I can always just walk in and I've only had to wait a Max of 10 minutes. 2) they have steady business which makes me confident in their ability to stay open. 3) the ambiance of the salon is clean and calming 4) they are able to shape my eyebrows PERFECTLY every time I go, no matter how long in between my appointments 5) the prices are so good that they can't compete with other businesses I've been to in the past

I have to say, I've truly found a gem. The ladies there make me feel like I'm at home. Not only is the talent there some of the best around, but they are INSANELY reasonable. If you're thinking about lash extensions or threading, this is the place. I love all the ladies there. I've not been disappointed even once

Do NOT get the eyelash extensions. Great for one or two days but they do not last two weeks like they said. The girl who answers the phone also has no clue what she is doing and is rude.

My experience at Exquisite is always awesome, but this time fell short. I always get my eye bras done here every since I moved to Columbus from Dallas. One of the main reasons why I was loyal is because every time I would get a threading I would receive a stamp which would eventually add up to a free threading. Today I learned that they will not honor getting a threading to get stamps or any type of bonus points. What a disappointment to someone who has been loyal!

Used to love it, i came in today after almost two months of letting my eyebrows grow out and they looked good in the salon because or the lighting, but when i got home they were almost thinner than before i let them grow! I will still come back...but maybe ask for someone else. Super sad.

Edit: came back today 9/28 and same thing happend. What do they not understand not everyone wants thiny thin eyebrows? I mean come on!

Naseem is my go too threader for over six years now. They've changed locations and no matter what I follow. Finding quality good people to work on a part of my body that is seen every day is always a challenge when moving to a new place. I'm very fortunate to have found Exquisite threading and their team! I'm always in and out and love my brows or lashes!!!

I've been coming here for quite a while and every single time has been great- except for today. The woman who did my eyebrows took off way too much from the center part and not only are my eyebrows thinner now, they are uneven - one is higher than the other. She changed the round shape to pointed. I look like a clown... if I ever go back, if I get sent to her chair, I'm leaving. I wish I knew her name. I now have to spend months applying castor oil, waiting for the clown eyebrows to disappear. I'm extremely disappointed. I can't believe I tipped her what I did. Force of habit, I guess. Just stay away from the woman with the pointed eyebrows is all I can tell you.

I have been coming to this location since I moved from upstate NY and I have had excellent service. I constantly get compliments on my eyebrows! I have tried a competitor and I did not have good results. I will be a loyal customer as long I live Columbus!

Threading isn't as scary or painful as it looks. Also - if you get your brows tinted just know that they look extreme the first day or two but fade to look normal quickly. Trust them - the ladies know what they are doing! :)

I ve been going here for almost a year and I am always extremely satisfied with how my brows turn out! I have always had thick and bushy eyebrows but after my first couple of visits they ve came to my ideal shape! I ve never had a problem with customer service and you re always greeted with a smile!

Terrible the lady moved my arch and I looked like I had a triangle for a brow. Never again! I had to go to benefit brow bar and get it fixed by Ashlie. I will stick with them from now on. Not willing to sacrifice my looks for a cheaper rate.

I've come to this place many times to get my eyebrows done. They are prompt and great at it. Today I wrote the review about in exchange for 10% off my services today. But the trick is, i did the review. My eyebrows were fine as also but this time I got my lashes done as well. Normally when I get my clusters done at my regular spot it takes about 20-25. I got them done here today and it took about 12 minutes (if that) and they used a paper folder to fan them dry, and of course here I am 4 hrs later and they are still wet. I can see the glue clumps. I complained and asked for my money back and agreed to take the lasher off, they said they would do them again for free. Of course I declined because I don't want them to just mess up again. They refused to give me my money back for the lashes even though I was completely unsatisfied. Great with brows, not so great with customer satisfaction and terrible with lashes. I'm sure she wasn't even licensed. 1 star only because I can't post with 0.

Usually I have no issues, quick in and out, no pain, etc. However, this time was different. I think the woman who threaded my eyebrows today was new, because she threaded them so slowly and carefully (not complaining about the careful part though!) that my eyebrows are red almost 8 hours after I had them done. I've never ever had this issue before with experienced threaders and it's a bit annoying that she either wasn't trained properly or just went way too slowly. She did a good job, but the pain level was way higher than normal and I could feel each hair coming out. Needs to learn to go faster with it!
