Yesterday (07/01) I went to get my eyebrows thread...

Yesterday (07/01) I went to get my eyebrows threaded. Went in about 1:40pm and there was only one lady doing eyebrows and I was told the wait would be an hour and 30 minutes and I was like okay I ll leave and come back. After about an hour and a half I called back to check my spot and they told me two people were in front of me so I can back and then I was told that the longest wait could be an hour but the latest could be 25 minutes. I sit there and wait and it is almost 4pm now. The lady that was at the front desk comes out crying saying that she has a family emergency and everyone must leave. I was just very angry due to the fact that I had been waiting since 1! Exquisite you guys need to do better on having more than one person at the desk and threading. I had wasted so much time at that place and I vow to never come back again.
