My son had a tire blow out on the freeway and we called Express. They said 25 minutes to arrive but showed up in 20, they took care of him fast and professionally. Could not of asked for a better interaction. Very happy.

I was driving on the interstate with my two little kids and my tire went flat just as I was getting off the exit. I called Express towing and they were there to help very quickly! They did an excellent job and I'm totally satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Express Towing.
Express Towing, cannot say enough nice things about them! I was driving to get a Cinnabon roll at the mall and realized I was driving on a flat tire half way there, but decided that since I was already on a mission I d keep driving on the tire until I got to the mall because 1. I really needed that cinnamon roll and 2. Because the damage had already been done. I called Express Towing and they came quick and without judgement. Brought me, my car and my Cinnabon s home safe and sound.
Hands down this is the best towing company in the land.
oofda this winter has been awful and our tow story was a doozy. My wife and I closed on a house the last week of February, and the night after we started moving in we got stuck in some ice and snow in the alley. I tried chipping us out with an ice scraper...and popped a tire....at 10:30 pm. It was bad. Luckily our tow guy Ed was awesome. He was there at the ETA, got us out quickly, let our German Shepherd sit in the cabin with us as we all rode to Parents Auto, and even gave us a lift the few blocks home after that. Really really appreciated that type of help in the middle of a move and a snow storm.
First time needing a tow, everyone was very patient and helpful. Great service, very professional. 10/10 would break down and call again!

Had to pull off the highway quick because vehicle was losing power. Got a tow from Ahmed. Friendly, professional but most importantly for me, was able to get there very quick. I don't know if that's the norm, but it was something like 10 degress outside so I really appreciated not having to wait even an hour for him to get there. I called my insurance company who dispatched him. Maybe 15 min after I got off the phone with them, Ahmed was calling me to let me know he was less then 10 min away. On top of that, he took care of everything with the vehicle - even dropping the key in the drop box for me at the repair shop and texted me to let me know when he was done. This saved me some much appreciated time and headache dealing with the driving back and forth with another vehicle.

Ed is absolutely amazing!! I had my exhaust pipe break on my car and the shop I was going to was going to charge me 1200 to fix it. Ed let me know that I was getting charged a ridiculous amount and has gone above and beyond to help me!! I am very very grateful for all of his help as I'm able to drive again and be free from the expensive uber's I had been taking lol!! Definitely a great person to have on your team!!
