The company reports out of state traffic violations to your insurance company.

this company is a fake, they supposedly ran my background check and i was denied insurance, then when I wrote to get a copy of my background check, the letter came back as undeliverable....address not known...they claim to run your background check, but they don't exist..... scam, thieves, lies....

THIS Company sent false information to my insurance company. It caused my rates to increase and I had to take a day off work to prove my license is valid. There s no way to contact them, I tried emailing and received a generic email back. Caused me a ton of stress and money.

You cannot get a hold of anyone. Try calling. These people report negative information on you, information not based upon facts but from one party's information. I was denied Life Insurance because of something they reported, and they never gave me a chance to state my side or explain. Not fair at all, and I consider this slander and libel against my name and character. I am going to sue them.

This company reported something to my insurance company that took place over 20 years ago. The federal government doesn't even go back that far. When you try to contact Explore Information Services all you get is a recording. Never do you speak to a real person. You legally have a right to dispute the claim against you they say but give you no way to do that!!!

Their overall 2.5 star rating is too high. Middle man w/ zero customer service.
