You cannot get a hold of anyone. Try calling. These people report negative information on you, information not based upon facts but from one party's information. I was denied Life Insurance because of something they reported, and they never gave me a chance to state my side or explain. Not fair at all, and I consider this slander and libel against my name and character. I am going to sue them.
