Asked Exovation for a cost to add a Portico and Front Porch. He quoted a price of $200 per square foot. They are trying to make $40,000 profit for 2 weeks work... Hahahaha! Thats almost 3 times the going rate! Shop around! Guess you can wait around for a sucker at $20,000 a week profit!
Didnt even get into pricing the covered back porch, and opening an exterior wall, ( pretty basic for good remodeling/framing crew) I was told we were going beyond there expertise. He then tried to tell me I needed a new deck to attach the roof, yet the roof wasnt attaching to existing deck. When I pointed that out he admitted it probably wasnt needed but he wasnt sure they would do the job unless they could do the deck as well which more than doubled the price. Hahahaha
Guess they dont quote inspectors often. He did say he usually cant close deal with anyone in the construction industry.

Ok since I cannot respond to the response from Exovations I will add to this post. The response from the sales rep is very dishonest or shows he wasnt listening. 1st off the roof for the back deck being quoted was a shed roof that was not supported by the deck in any way as it extended beyond the existing deck and tied into the house roof structure. I pointed this out to the sales rep that it would need to have its own footing and he agreed but said they wouldnt consider it without doing the deck. At that I said well that would more then double the cost and he agreed sp I said lets focus on the front porch and portico then. I had estimated the deck and portico to be approx. 250 sq ft. and had used average rate of $75 per sq foot plus an extra $6000 for columns to figure a price. By the way $70 is the going rate but since I wanted nicer columns I added on a few grand to compensate. When he told me he was thinking it would be over $50,000 I laughed! Thats is over $200 per sq ft. Then I said that they are way over priced and we could end the process. He agreed and said we are obviously not for him. (Again he told me earlier he usually could sell today people in the construction industry). When I walk him to the door he tried one more time saying well dont forget to have to block, back fill and pour your porch. He said that alone would be $20,000 hahahaha.... Going rate to pour a concrete foundation is $15 - $20 per sq ft., and he was trying to sell me at $80. Thats 4 times the going rate! At that point laughed, told him I could get it poured all day long for $3000. He said it costs them $3000 just for rock fill. Hahahaha (thats expensive rock!) I told him find another sucker and shut the door!
Again shop around! They are looking for suckers! Youve been warned

We had Exovations remove our existing siding and replace with vinyl as well as replaced all of our gutters and all of our windows. They did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Exovations did a fantastic job. My project manager Wes Peavy was excellent and keep in constant communication of what was going on and what to expect next. I had HardiePlank installed and new gutters and my house looks great now! I would highly recommend they completed the job on budget and ahead of schedule. Will use them again for future projects.

My wife and I reached out to Exovations recently. Our experience was a good one. When they came to our house to inspect a problem we were having with our back patio, they didn't try to "up-sell" us, but simply offered recommendations. They were very much a professional consultant and we felt comfortable with them and their approach. I would give them a big A+.

Exovations painted the exterior of our home last summer. The process was wonderful from the initial meeting to the finished product. Their project managers are top notch professionals. The painting crew was timely, neat and left the job site immaculate when they were finished. I would recommend Exovations for any home exterior project!

Exovations has been great along each step of our window installation. We started with replacing just the front windows to see how things went with the service and quality. We're so pleased that we're already scheduled for phase 2.

From the beginning, Keith was honest about options for our home. Our large 1980s single pane windows not only allowed drafts from outside in, but the noise from the nearby street and train. We opted for the Sunrise noise reduction vinyl. Phase one is installed, and they look great. Unlike many vinyl windows, these only have slightly less glass/view than the wooden windows they replaced. And, the noise is SO much better.

Throughout the process, Wes was informative and thorough, making sure every measurement and detail was correct before installation.

On the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly, were efficient, and were very mindful of our home throughout the process.

I highly recommend Exovations, and will be calling them for future exterior projects.

Exovations replaced our siding, windows, front door, and garage doors. Our project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process. He addressed all concerns and questions in a timely and satisfactory manner. The installers were professional and respectful of our home. We have received many compliments of our home's "new look." We have recommended Exovations to several friends and neighbors.

The work on my house was to replace most of the siding, replace a window and reglaze all other windows. The entire experience - from sales to completion - was outstanding. Marcus Sherwood was my sales rep. Marcus was knowledgeable and answered my questions in a timely manner, all without making me feel pressured. Wes Peavy was the project manager. He did an excellent job in scheduling and executing the work. Wes checked in regularly and went the extra mile to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work completed. Both Marcus and Wes are assets to Exovations. Thank you for a job well done and hassle free.

Exovations did a great job replacing the siding on my house with Hardie Plank siding and did an excellent job painting. The project manager was Wes Peavy and he managed the project very well, provided excellent customer service in a professional, service-oriented and friendly way.

We hired Exovations to install a new sliding door in our house. We put our deposit down in May of this year, and now it's end of October and I still do not have a door.

We've been delayed 6 times, because Exovations cannot manage their vendors. The first delay was due to their purchasing department not even ordering our door when they were supposed to. On the last attempt to receive the correct door, I was told that it would be checked along the way and when it showed up at my house it was again the wrong frame size. Even worse, I already took down the inside wall and electrical only to be left with a hole in the wall and no door.

They have very poor project management. Nobody would follow up with me, I continuously had to reach out to obtain the status. For each of the six delays, I was only notified of the delay 1-2 days prior after finally getting a hold of someone myself. We had made arrangements to be home on each rescheduling, only to have to rearrange our schedules again. No one answers my calls and barely calls me back after leaving a voicemail. No one has any up to date information on our project.

Would not recommend Exovations at all. I've had a terrible experience, and they have yet to make it right. Save yourself the stress, and find a different remodeler.

Exovations was used by friends of ours and I called to have them come over for a consult. We were pleased with what we heard and with the following first meeting with our Project Manager. Wes Peavy was extremely professional, timely, and explained exactly what we should expect when the work would begin on our home. Once the work started, each crew that came - windows and painting - were extremely friendly and professional. The house looks wonderful and we could not be happier.
I must also mention how wonderful the color consultant/decorator that Exovations referred us to. Tracey Smith is amazing and we are so pleased with everything she suggested. We have and will continue to use her for more things to come.

Best experience with home renovations ever. We did a major face lift of our home from roof, siding, gutters, trim, door and stonework. The Exovations team was awesome from start to finish. We had several meetings to discuss our options. They completed a design review to show us what the finished product would look like. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. As far as the actual work, super communication and follow up. Exovations assigns a Project Manager to the entire scope of work. Our project manager, Wes, communicated with us daily on the timeline and was incredibly responsive to any questions and changes we had during the project. The individuals doing the work are Exovations employees. Great workers. Very friendly and respectful to our property. The workers would clean up our yard and the rest of the site every evening at the end of the day. If you are looking for a great company here in GA that is going to treat you as if you are their only customer, these are the guys to go to. Our home looks absolutely beautiful. We are calling Exovations when we are ready for the deck replacement! Do not pass these guys up!

Great company! Work was done on time. Our sales rep Joy was easy to work with and did a great job working within our budget. Joseph our project manager was awesome to work with. I highly recommend them.
