What can I say?? They're the best around!! They are professional staff and very friendly. They aren t just trying to sell you fish, they will teach you about the fish you want and also advise if they don t think the fish you want will live peacefully with each other. They were also very helpful and patient with me ,Every fish in the store is quarantined and medicated before it's for sale to the public. They only carry products that are tried and true. The best possible aquarium experience you can have no matter your skill level is , Exotic aquatics my N1 store now .

Only giving one star as staff are really helpful and amazing but manager not helpful at all bought 2 fish that died after a couple days of purchase and wouldn't even give a refund option or help to work with me personally more of a money grabing theif who only cares about the money aspect of things than the customer themselves won't be back at all to purchase anything although shout out to the staff they are good workers and really nice people also to note people I have 2 tanks one with high ammonia levels which was fixed on that day and the one I had the problem with water levels are perfect your staff told me on that day when I got a water test so I took another fish as I was told it would be ok done everything I was told to do step by step then it died and you didn't even offer me another fish at the very least and also hung the phone up. Then your staff porceded to say you where in a meeting when I was just off the phone to you other places offer a 7 day fish policy

No problem selling you tank and equipment told come back a week later with excited kids to buy the fish we bought tank etc for with sample of water to be told the pH level not just perfect so buy a different fish and be quick to let others in p.s don't worry about 1 adult 2 kid policy they only care about quick money head for grosvenor tropicals in lisburn

Fantastic shop! A great variety of fish, decor, tanks, plants and water conditioners. Came into the shop to have a look around and ended up chatting with one of the staff members (Eliot) about the condition of the plants in our tank at home, as some leaves were turning yellow. He gave us great information on what could have been the cause and helped us with products which could sort out the problem, only time will tell if these products will for sure help our plants but if they dont I have no problem going back and seeking more help from this same staff member or others. All extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, will definitely be back again in the future. Highly recommend.

Thought this shop was amazing when I first visited, but after buying two fish and both of them dying within a couple of days after purchasing them we rung the shop to ask for help or a refund for the manager to hang the phone up on us and make us feel like he didn't care.. Also some fish are over priced so best to shop around first. Shout out to the staff as they do an amazing job but final say comes down to the manager. Won't be back..

Phenomenal service received from Eliot. Extremely knowledgable and competent sales person. Seeing the owner on site and hands on by assisting with orders is impressive as well. Will do business again.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Helpful, friendly staff.
