So everything has been dandy since closing in March. Then tonight, I tried bringing some confusing matters to the for front. David Masterson uses Mike Deweese of AC Plus as their HVAC contractor. Well Mike & David decided to tell me what I heard from another employee that works for Mike. This call happened on March 26th 2018 and Mike says he does not have a recording! What business now has calls that are recorded when a customer calls you. I did not realize these guys had a crystal ball and where able to hear every word that was said between me and Mike's employee. Well because of their inaptitude to help their customer, I am writing this review and I would suggest anyone buying a home from this company to look deeply into the contractors that The Mastersons use. It is your right to verify their legal ability to work in the USA, it is your right to question Mr Masterson every step of the way and it is your right to not agree on something. You don't have to buy his home, you can buy any home these days. I will say, he does take care of his mistakes, but unfortunately has nothing to do with the mistakes of his contractors. He will however give you their phone number. As a customer, I would assume that since I paid 350k, you, Mr Masterson could make that call for the customer. I am afraid future buyers may be mislead by deceptive tactics. PLEASE LOOK up their company and read their reviews. Please do not purchase a home from a builder that is not on the side of the people who essentially feed them. If your builder is anything like this one, just ask A LOT more questions about who they use to build your home. And if they aren't willing to stick up for you and would rather place the blame on you then I suggest going to another builder. There are PLENTY of custom and spec home builders available.

Annette helped me buy my first home. She was very patient and taught me a lot along the way. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to find a realtor who knows the area extremely well and who cares about her clients.

Stay away from this place if its definitely not worth the headache. They try to take advantage of people and they dont care about the units maintenance .or the people.

Annette and her team are excellent to work with. I've purchased two homes with her help. Annette advised me in everything from saving money at the beginning to make sure we had enough for the earnest money to the home inspection. We were thankful for her advice on a home inspection which was used several times after our second purchase. She's always available to help and knows the city of Murfreesboro like the back of her hand. She also has a network of people to help in case she's unavailable. Cathy Smithson (another VERY seasoned agent), Kathy, Chelsea, etc are all great and wonderful ladies!

Very professional and communication was spot on. I definitely recommend Attnette to anyone looking for a house in the area.

This company kept us out of a home during Christmas and New Years. I am speaking about the company and whoever played a role like Stewart Parks. I do not care if it was Annette or not.

We put in an application for a home that was for rent and paid the application fee and we were told that they would contact us as soon as everything came back. To our surprise, we never received a call back and come to find out 2 weeks after we put in the application, they rented the home to someone else. Would have been nice to have got a call to tell us we either didn't qualify or that they were going to rent to someone else instead of keeping us waiting and having to find out ourselves that it was rented out to someone else. (Owner of this page says they don't have any rentals in TN yet they are based in TN at the address I went to drop off the application Fee.)

I helped out Clara Carter with her open house on Osborne Lane! I am almost 15 and I love Real Estate! We know Bob Lamb and the company works hard! Would recommend!
