I worked with Realtor, Deborah Sheline back in December 2020. I loved my experience with her. We worked with Joey Hardee. We absolutely love him. First experience selling a home but he walked us through every step and even stood in last minute at closing when I lost my brother. He was attentive to our family s needs and took care of things that he didn t have to do. He ensured our house was ready to sale at the highest price possible. Just wanted to say as an agent that Does NOT work for Exit REC I do have many contracts with this firms various buyers agents. Every single transaction has gone smoothly with hard working buyers agent professionals on the buyers side. I seen a negative review on here and thought I would chime in as a veteran in Lexington and Columbia SC real estate. Cant please everybody but by and large buyers that have been represented by REC are extremely happy and would rate them well. I look forward to many more offers and contracts to come from this great firm of very knowledgeable professional people. Thank you for your business!
