they need to let people live. with out dictating their lifes to them .if your not from the united states you have no worries. if your not causing any trouble then leave them alone

Everett Housing Authority find joy in harassing their tenants. To start off, they are denying our service animal because their staff fears him, the called the police for us repairing a tire, and we get constant threats of being kicked out because we use our back porch area with a table and chair out side. I ve shown proof that many other tenants don t leash their dogs, they have a crowded front and back porch to the point of not being safe nor functional. Lena, one of the staff is horribly rude and refuses to talk with anyone and if you do she yells and hangs up the phone on us.

Great customer service. The staff at the front desk are always very polite and helpful. I would recommend.

They don t care about their clients. King county housing authority is way better. They understand the issues with homelessness. And approve homes and increases according to the policy. Everett housing authority does what they want. They do not follow guidelines or policy. They should be put under investigation.

Maintenance staff: Willie and Jeff

Willie and Jeff are phenomenal maintenance staff. They are extremely knowledable on the correct way of fixing issues the first time in a timely manner.
Due to Covid things that are not an emergency must wait for safety reasons. Willie and Jeff take the time to explain that with kindness and understanding. They realize the importance every issue means to residents.
Willie and Jeff notice residents and take the time to say hello. Residents are reminded of Covid importance when not being six feet apart or not wearing a mask. Safety for all is extremely important.
Willie and Jeff do so much more with dignity and respect for all.
This is one way to show how much residents appriciate them.
