About me, Studied Engineering at Lucas Aerospace, moved to mass production Engineering, Moved to present employment 35 years Summit Engineering (Birmingham) Ltd, evolved from manual machining, To CNC programming , CNC Cell Leadership, Advanced to Planning Engineer, Introduced Planning Databases, Studied Computer Engineering HND at night school, Advanced to IT/Planning Manager , converted Dbase MRP/ERP system into EFACS E8 and have never looked back Having studied & Created Databases & systems for 20 + years this system has never let me down, if rarely an error has occurred usually through operator error or a PC/Network crash midway through record locking & writing, the EXEL support team are second to none & have always resolved the problem. Training courses at EXEL are second to none. If you are looking for a new or advanced System, then I would highly recommend EFACS, it is fully customisable in every aspect to suit the modern business & your needs, maybe I am biased after interrogating EXEL s database & coding for 15 or so years but it is one brilliant & robust system This is an honest endorsement from someone who fully supports the product based on ease of use & the gains my workplace has made. We've worked with Exel for a long time now, and they have always been a reliable partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Have been using Efacs software for 20 years. Software being constantly developed. Good support (both friendly and knowledgeable) from account manager and technical team. Although we do need to chase them up sometimes, at other times they have been tenacious in solving problems that we should not have created.
Have worked with Exel for a number of years, always very professional and quick to respond to any queries.
