Having studied & Created Databases & systems for 20 + years this system has never let me down, if rarely an error has occurred usually through operator error or a PC/Network crash midway through record locking & writing, the EXEL support team are second to none & have always resolved the problem. Training courses at EXEL are second to none.
If you are looking for a new or advanced System, then I would highly recommend EFACS, it is fully customisable in every aspect to suit the modern business & your needs, maybe I am biased after interrogating EXEL s database & coding for 15 or so years but it is one brilliant & robust system

Have been using Efacs software for 20 years. Software being constantly developed. Good support (both friendly and knowledgeable) from account manager and technical team. Although we do need to chase them up sometimes, at other times they have been tenacious in solving problems that we should not have created.
