I hate this office, u will prepair fast to going work everyday, becouse alwys don't have elevator so bored.

A building in dire need of maintenance. The elevators are unkempt. There environment is also noisy.

Almost 1 hr.waiting period for the elevator. We are not tired in transportation going to work and jobs in the office but here in the elevator cost waste of time,effort and strength standing waiting for the elevator. It almost 5 yrs.of renovation and construction until now still no accomplishment.Don't deserve to give u a star but since 1 star is the lowest maybe these would be better for you to realize and improve your services.

No money building. There is no cost management for the staff. The smell of the building is due to garbage and rats. The elevator is 5 years old. The place is empty

I'd give zero stars if I can. The hallways always smell like garbage and you always have to wait about 30 minutes for the elevator. Waste of time.

Elevators are cramped and always our of service. Located in a scary part of the city. Sketchy offices. I came in for an interview and absolutely hated it.

Currently working here at Burgundy for almost 3years.. and really.. the Elevator is annoying... you need to be 1hour early so you will not be late.. but they started to fix all the elevator.. last april 2017 they start to dismantel all the elevator.. and hopefully next year they are going to have a better service..

Poor service on receptionist and then since the elevator is under renovation and maintenance you have to fall in long line before you can get in to the elevator.

Building has no centralized airconditioning, people queue for minimum 20mins to ride the elevator, poorly maintained.

Worst building. You have to wait an hour or two just to ride a single operating elevator. Too many hazards inside the building. Ceiling is as if collapsing. Exposed light bulbs and wires. This should be close or renovated.

I have to wait for a long time if there are many people by operating the elevator manually.

Worst elevator for a corporate tower. Very long lines due to frequent broken elevator.

The elevator going down is not working.. And lot of trash

The elevator is broken so that every day the queue is very long and every night one elevator unit is used for garbage disposal until the morning the smell does not disappear because it is also used to carry people

Aside from an ok enough parking space, everything is almost trashy. Elevators are wasted, dirt is everywhere, overall upkeep of the place sucks. Should be demolished and replaced with a new building.

I've worked in this tower back in 2006-2008, the elevators are not working most of the time, if not ALL THE TIME. I went back recently and--guess what? To no one's surprise, the elevators still don't work. Excellent. Is there a negative score I can choose here?

Worst bldg ever ... The building has to be closed so all the elevators are in the elevator and they are aware that the crowds are waiting on the ground floor to be entertained ... don't fall

It's a garbage place. Don't come here. No elevator. Stairs pile up on the stairs.

Dinner @ Petra & Pilar with the gang! The food is great and the ambiance is good. It's a nice place to celebrate a simple birthday for a friend or a family.

I wish that they can repair those lift immediately. Its been ages! Swear!

Currently there's only one elevator working for the B3 to 23rd floor. You have to wait more than a few minutes to get to the floor you want to go to.

Very old building. The elevator is not working properly causes too much inconvenience to tenants and visitors.

Really horrible building! The lift doesn't work, there's rats especially from 7th Floor upwards, and then the management cannot do anything to solve problems. On top of that, it's hard to install everything including internet, air-conditioning, move in own stuff, and you always need to get a work permit whenever you have someone in to fix something. You can wait up to 40 minutes for a lift, so you might end taking stairs to the 23rd floor while avoiding coachroches on your way up. If you have your parcel delivered, the security takes no responsibility of it, or misplaces it, can take days to receive your stuff. The water service is slow, does not listen to instructions of deliveries and you might end up having your staff dying of thirst if you don't order at least 3 days in advance. There's no cameras in the hallways, therefore, I could be easy for anyone to break into your office and get away with it.

Also make sure that if you ever have any requests or any payments to be made, do not go early as the admin stuff take extended lunches and the office is never open by the actual time it's supposed to be in the morning. One day that building will come crashing down, better hope you won't be in it

Management seriously needs to address the elevator issue...the queue is too long and you cannot call for one when going down

Elevator is too slow. Plus most of the elevator controls are broken.

Probably the worst corporate tower in that area, if you are going to higher floor, prepare to queue for 30 mins because the elevator is down, and it has been two years !! Besides, the place smells bad, because they have a kitchen at the ground floor. Worst
