Really horrible building! The lift doesn't work, there's rats especially from 7th Floor upwards, and then the management cannot do anything to solve problems. On top of that, it's hard to install everything including internet, air-conditioning, move in own stuff, and you always need to get a work permit whenever you have someone in to fix something. You can wait up to 40 minutes for a lift, so you might end taking stairs to the 23rd floor while avoiding coachroches on your way up. If you have your parcel delivered, the security takes no responsibility of it, or misplaces it, can take days to receive your stuff. The water service is slow, does not listen to instructions of deliveries and you might end up having your staff dying of thirst if you don't order at least 3 days in advance. There's no cameras in the hallways, therefore, I could be easy for anyone to break into your office and get away with it.

Also make sure that if you ever have any requests or any payments to be made, do not go early as the admin stuff take extended lunches and the office is never open by the actual time it's supposed to be in the morning. One day that building will come crashing down, better hope you won't be in it
