Elevator Q is crazy, not well maintain, so you have to Q like 10 meters

This is not an office building, rather more like an exercise building to climb stairs, long queue for the slow elevator, management has no intention to fix it, emergency stairs full of smelly trash, don't lease here

Arrogant security undisciplined elevator operator poor service they treat enemy their tenants & client

I think only this building tower have traffic for the elevator very bad service and killing time for accompanied

The building is currently undergoing elevator repairs and reconstruction. So it takes sometime to have a ride up and down to visit an office.

elevators are slow and most of the time the other elevators are broken..

Every day you have to queue the lift .. It is advisable to arrive earlier than half an hour from work hours ..

Poor management, elevators broken, also hot inside.. line is really long, takes 1 hr or 45 mins to ride an elev.

Long queueing on the elevator tho there are guards who supervise the lines so no one can skip in the line

Elevators need to be improved. There are some floors where the elevator switch does not even work. You have to literally knock to let others know that you have to use the elevator.

The worst building management in the world, especially the elevator!

Elevator Line is quite similar to "Cinema line during Christmas" or it was even worst. I have to allot an extra hour for the elevator whenever I go to work, or else the stairs is waiting for you.

Elevators aren't working well. Also too much East Asians(perhaps Chinese) reside there and talk too loud(though not really fault of the place.)

Every other reviewer took notice of the poor elevator service but no one seems to be bothered by the trash, the dirt and the stench of sewer gas all the way up to the penthouse level. You also notice spit on the walls especially on the stairwells. Park your car in the basement and you'll need a new paint job because of acidic leaks from the ceiling. Wake up Burgundy Tower Management!

Guys if youre planning to lease, buy or rent spaces in this build please don't. The elevator is not functioning well and you need a LOT of patience to stay a nd wait in line to go up and down.

Long queues especially approaching 8am! Its name of burgundy has a good ring to it but don't get fooled as this building is very poorly maintained! The elevator system is really a mess! Imagine knocking constantly just to get the attention of the operator. Come on! Hope the management get up their seats and turn the building's state upside down!

The elevator sure is the worst ! The queuing line is so long and only 1 lift is worked.
And it's impossible to going down by the lift too. We need to going down by emergency stairs.
They have more than 2 years new elevator construction which is never finish until now. Worst!
