Very please with the experience I had with Excell. Our network engineer Ryan arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and gave me some good wifi advice, plus an ethernet cable since mine hadn't arrived yet! Had us up and running in about an hour. Full marks.

AAA service from Ryan. One would have thought that setting up the phones in our new office would be an easy job, but in the end there were several unexpected issues and it took almost three hours.

It did not matter. Ryan kept working patiently until he had everything up and running, and he even was kind enough to rescue a faulty PC from oblivion and make it connect again to the WiFi network. Thank you so much!

Had to get an Fibre Upgrade (at our office) sorted on an urgent basis due to the second lockdown and Rhiannon Harrup from excell got this sorted within 24 hours!! We had started the ground work before but the install had not been completed and she rushed it. You are a lifesaver Rhiannon!!

Robbing charlatans with zero customer service, flexibility or any sign of wanting to be a good supplier. Heavy handed (they cut my business's wifi off rather than call me because I was 2 weeks late paying a bill), unhelpful and overpriced. Wouldn't touch them again with a gun to my head. Awful business who seem to hate their customers.
