Gac catering inc. Review

Having been in catering for over 20 years from employee to employer I have experienced most hurdles that the catering industry can throw at you, having Paul and everyone at GAC in your corner is nothing short of a god send. Paul has nursed geriatric dishwashers back from the dead more times than I know he would have wanted to and been on hand for help and technical advice over the phone on countless occasions. GAC have always been the one to turn to for an emergency repair or planning and installing a new kitchen. Safe, sound and above all fair advice. Couldn't recommend more....5 stars.

Found CAC on Google search. Called them Monday and Paul came to my Exeter restaurant first thing Tuesday. Within 10 minutes he had fixed the problem and we were up and running. Fast and efficient.

Anyone who works in the catering business knows that having essential equipment go down on you is as bad as being a person short in the kitchen. In the ten years that we have operated in the South West it has been comforting to know that Paul and GAC are just a phone call away.

Great service at a competative price. Engineer had a good knowledge of the equipment he repaired for us, no scratching his head...I would not hesitate to use this company again, in fact we are going to arrange a full service of our main kitchen and cellar equipment....A+++

Based down in Cornwall it s hard to find decent catering engineers who are not heavy handed or untrustworthy, Paul is a breath of fresh air, calls a spade a spade and won t do any unnecessary work, has been a godsend and recommend GAC to anyone.

Paul at GAC is great and I would highly recommend. He always manages to sort the problem out come day or night and nothing is ever too much trouble. Always a fast response with his 24 hour call out and he can even get the parts the same day. I was head chef at the winking prawn in salcombe serving around 5000 meals a month during peak season and paul always kept us up and running. Thanks Paul.

very thorough fitted new interlocking system and commissioned my new cooker in time for christmas in our newly fitted kitchen no hidden surprises the price was the price will definately be my go to company in the future
