Have been trying to get a hold of Heidi and Missy in the sanitation department regarding a sewage bill I would like to pay. Have left dozens of messages with no return call. Very poorly run operation. You want our money but yet you never answer or have the decency to return a call. Unreal.

Fond du Lac is fortunate to have a company like this that has created a culture similar to those found in major cities. Place is full of professionals with degrees from highly accredited colleges. When the associates say they feel lucky to work here it signifies a beneficial business environment all around. This is demonstrated in the transparency as a employee owned, profit sharing company. Their continued growth through client retention and never ending referrals has been fun to watch as a local citizen.

Someone on the road driving one of their cars. Driving recklessly. Called the office, receptionist had me leave a message and no one returned my phone call. If they cant return phone calls, not sure why anyone would want to give this place business.
