Sometimes the trial is pleasant and it makes the tension less stressful, other times is worse thing you can go through while on medical trials. Have to ask myself if is 's they hired. Even though animals are better at pleasantries and customer service.
Number of sick all through the ward thst not been attended too.
Nurses and head nurse met at the adult medical ward were very helpful. May God bless their hearts.
Well at the time I went there it wasn't so busy and staff were helpful but there are the days when we would have to wait a longer period to visit patient in Emergency... Well today I went to Dr.Khan clinic and the nurse was very helpful but we had to wait for a very long time bcuz they couldn't find patient file. This could have been avoided.
if yuh sick stay home, your loved ones would surely take good care of you. I swear I was seeing Barbarians walking the wards, waiting to call your number.

One of the most professionally run hospitals in Trinidad & Tobago, as well as one anyone who is unfamiliar with could easily get lost in as it is like another world! LOL. I'm quickly "attempting" to beat my fear of it and grab my bearings.Their staff all so very approachable, willing to listen and flexible. HATS OFF to the beautiful, dedicated and hard working nurses of Ward 3 Surgical Ward upstairs (particularly Nurses Phillip and Alexis at the Nurses Station) some of the most amazing women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Patients get treated so well. The kitchen staff deliver meals on time and with a smile. The place is kept clean at all times but does not have that horrible hospital smell. Visiting hours are decent 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the morning and 4:00 pm -6:00 pm in the evening.
The nurses and doctors are mostly nice but a few are disrespectful. The pharmacy staff move like snails. Be prepared to wait 2+ hours . I'd recommend the hospital for accident and emergency but not the pharmacy.
Mount Hope hospital is disgusting my mother is 87 years old .She was sent for an xtray on Thursday at 6:00 in the evening because she fell in the house .Today is Saturday emancipation day up until now she's still there didn't xtray up to now. They can't find her files. Therefore they cannot do anything unless they get her files .This is horrible and abusive. This is supposed to be a senior citizen and she believes in PNM. I will make it my duty she don't vote for them. This is horrible how they treat seniors.
