Over-priced supplements with cheap sources. Not worth the price. AOR doesn't actually do any of the research, they just take advantage of the research done in universities. A lot of contraindications and confusing recommendations on certain supplements. You're better off getting your vitamins from whole foods or elsewhere. A lot of the positive reviews you see here are from people who work for the company and not actual customers.

Some of the AOR supplements do not disclose their non-medicinal ingredients clearly on the label. You have to pull back a (not very well marked) tiny corner on the supplement bottle in order to see the FULL list of ingredients. To my shock, I recently found that a concerning ingredient was hidden, listed behind this pull-back label, as one of the non-medicinal ingredients. As a long-time AOR supporter, I was shocked to learn that such an ingredient was hidden, while the other ingredients were clearly marked on the outside label. I will add that before finding out this information, AOR was one of my favourite supplement companies! But with this recent finding, I am disappointed and very concerned.
*Updated: Hello and thank you AOR for responding to my post here. One of your supplements in particular is your Triphlax. The non-medicinal ingredients are nowhere to be found on the outside label. I assumed that because the Medicinal Ingredients were printed on the outside label, that there was nothing else included in the supplement. I also never noticed the 'peel back' label until recently, because the writing is so tiny. There is no other writing to indicate this pull back label. After peeling back and looking underneath the label, the non-medicinal ingredient listed is "sodium benzoate". Other Triphala supplement brands have not used sodium benzoate. My hope is that AOR will change such non-medicinal ingredients as they are not ideal for peoples' health, nor are they necessary preservatives for Triphala. Some studies suggest that sodium benzoate may increase ones risk of inflammation, oxidative stress, allergies, etc. Most concerning is that it may also convert to benzene, a potential carcinogen. Your consumers (myself included), want to take your products with complete certainty that they don't have to worry about what potentially harmful ingredients may be lurking in the fine print of that supplement. Other AOR supplements that also contain sodium benzoate include: Acta-Resveratrol and Ortho-Adapt. It would be wonderful to hear that this ingredient is one day removed from these supplements.
Once again, thank you for replying to my post and for your attention on this matter.

Cannot rave about this company enough! After using another brand s adrenal support which did nothing at best, or made me feel worse, this company s adrenal support made me feel better than I had in years. To boot, they have excellent customer service. When I contacted them about an automatic reorder system that I wasn t aware I was on. They immediately took care of the situation upon me contacting them. Thank you!

I have worked with AOR for just over 3 years. In that time I have been given many great opportunities that have challenged me to grow as a person and professional. I enjoy working for a company that notices hard work and dedication and continually rewards their employees for these attributes.
