Our apartment in Madisonville is infested with brown recluse spiders to the point that it s a major safety concern. We have contacted the landlord and mangers multiple times trying to work something out but they refuse. All my neighbors say they are extremely difficult to work with and our very poorly managed.

Had to move here for an internship but the shortest lease i could find was 6 months for 900 a month at September place in Huntingburg. This place had no seals on both of the doors. The apartment stunk and when i moved the fridge it was full of cockroaches and thier poop. I had to do so much cleaning and bug proofing. More cockroachs kept coming in under the doors from other peoples apartments nere by. My ac also broke becuse it was ancient. I had to get very hateful with the staff to have them fix it and this was after i was just told to leave all my windows open.....not professional at all. Also never put seals on the doors. If you can not come to jasper/ Huntingburg dont!
I wonder why there are so many bad reviews. I live in a apartment in their canterbury green property. And the apartments are well maintained. They care about the cleanliness, maintainence of lawns very well. Everytime I had any problem in the apartment the maintainence staff comes in next hour only and fixes it. The staff at office is nice.
The apartments need some serious updates. The windows are so old and the doors leak air and they don't insulate at all. The roof needs to be redone it's really bad. My thermostat never holds temperature so my air is always running. Due to poor insulation it's cold in one room but hot in another. Can't wait until I get out of this apartment
Some of the staff are stuck up, bugs all the time, grounds maintenance guys are nosy. Charge to much for what they are.
Beautiful duplex...cari and Brett were great to deal with. Very satisfied
