Dire customer service, slow to answer, run you round in circles, no accountability. With the current stress of running a business under difficult circumstance, the last thing you need is a service so poor that leaves you unsure whether to burst into tears or erupt with anger. I would leave tomorrow if I didn t have so many other more important things to be doing.

The process took about 5 weeks. During this time was told about 3 times that it was all approved and that the log in would be sent to me as soon as the phone call was finished.
Then after 5 weeks told that it was declined. Pack of lies from start to finish. This is what regulated banking is all about??

Comments like " it's not my department " or " I cannot Guarantee ".
And the excuse " due to Covd19 " all add up to an unacceptable level of service provision.
I feel that as a Start Up Business I have been mislead and sold a totally inadequate and slow system ,and to get things improved is a never ending task.
Personally I cannot recommend Card Net for anything.
Blaming Covd19 is the " New Norm ".
While I have to adapt to it in my small business why can't all these large corporations do the same.
There can be no excuse for repeating poor service standards and show no willingness to improve the way they operate and offer you the customer no solutions to get things right for their customers.

Not a great experience - there are at least 5 different disconnected departments you need to speak to if you want to get anything done. Agreed upon courses of action (like shutting down an account) are not followed through, leading to wasted time and effort and further invoices. I would advise anyone speaking to CardNet to record their calls if possible as proof they actually took place.
