Very unprofessional customer service. I payed for a tattoo that was done by Peter. Prior to the service He stated that he charged $120 an hour. He thought at the beginning of the service that it would take him 2 hours to outline an existing tattoo. The outline only took about 45 minutes. He charged me $200 then stated that it was left up to him what he wanted to charge. Although I understand you can charge what you want, don't quote a price and then go back on your word at the end of the service. Then state "its left up to the artist what they want to charge". Your word is your bond. This experience was very unprofessional and for this reason I will not return again. Positive word- of-. mouth is a very reliable marketing tool. Peter allowed a difference of $80 to cost him hundreds in the long run from potential new clients, by not honoring his word.

I can not recommend Evol Ink Studio enough! These guys are absolutely fantastic and nailed with the tattoo I got here.

I had Brian draw up and design a tattoo I had been thinking about for awhile and he totally killed it. I was even on a tight schedule to get it done and he stayed open late to accommodate me!

The staff was very professional and easy to talk too and the price was very fair as well.

Next time I m in Birmingham I will for sure be heading back over here!

First time ever going to Evol and I must say the experience was great. They made you feel welcome. I had my daith piercing there and the piercing artist was really cool. She made you feel relaxed and calm. She went over how she piercing was going to be done etc and i felt no pain what-so-ever. I recommend this place for first timers

I purchased a Groupon for top permanent eyeliner and was no problem redeeming it. But you have to pay $60 dollars for touch ups.

I love waking up with permanent eyeliner and that does not smear throughout the day! If you can't handle much pain, eyeliner is not the right tattoo for you. The healing was very quick and I am happy with the results.

I brought my eager, yet very nervous nine year old to have her ears pierced today. Misty (I am hoping I remembered her name correctly...I am quite awful with names) walked us through the entire procedure, and was VERY patient with her. This place is extremely professional, and I was comforted knowing my daughter was having her ears pierced in such a clean and sterile environment. Thank you so much!!

This parlor is by far the best I have ever visited for tattoos and piercings alike. I got my nose pierced here by Misty who did a fantastic job and was very friendly and patient. I got two tattoos here, both done by Brian, and I can safely say I am extatic with the results. The service is wonderful and the environment is friendly and welcoming. The parlor itself is clean and has a great feel to it. I cannot recommend them enough and I am so so grateful for the fantastic experiences.

John did my artwork and it turned out great! He tweaked what I originally wanted and made it even better. The staff was very knowledgable and wanted you to be happy with the longevity of your art. It was very clean and the music was great! I definitely recommend getting piece done by them

Clean, friendly, and professional. I've been to a couple of different shops and this place man. Besides the bad ass aura of the shop. The artist gave me his input about what I was getting and helped me get exactly what I wanted.

John was very proffesional, and attentive. He's also a lovely conversationalist. His staff are all very well adept for their profession. I will definitely be going back.

Heres the deal. I got my nose pierced last night at a different place. It was....terrible. So today, i went crawling to MISTY aka THE GODDESS OF PIERCINGS and asked her to fix it. Guys, Misty knows what she is doing. She gave me a full education on nose piercings and fixed my piercing. She has impeccable sterile technique and certifications beyond what you will find at any other studio in Birmingham.

Dont make the same mistake I did. GO TO MISTY FIRST.
