I ve placed ~2 dozen embroidery orders in the last 15 years, and this business is by far the least organized, least honest, and least caring I ve ever encountered -- it amazes me they have such good ratings, (although those are on their simple, production-line type items). I had one simple 1-color logo to digitize, and after 3 weeks of calls and assurance it was being worked, and after being told twice I d be called back with the status, at the 3-week point I went for a refund. I told the manager that I ve never seen a business that couldn t digitize within a few days, much less 3 weeks, and he uncaringly said Sorry about that -- he didn t try to rectify the situation at all, so he just kissed off doing a simple logo for 120 shirts. Good news is I found two other businesses that digitize within 2-3 days, and their staffs come across as sincere and caring versus lackadaisical as Wings & Things does. Unless you need something that only this place can do, I d recommend going elsewhere for better service and price. That s what I m doing, and telling everyone I know.
