Great place if you really want to get your life together

I believe this is one of the best better methadone clinics available 2 heroin addicts they work with you they don't judge you they make you want to get sober from what I see and the daughter that lives with me wants to do better things with her life this is what I know

They truly help their patrons. We need more caring organizations that truly care about their cases.

They have helped me with a problem that wasn't hard to by myself.

LOL, there's not enough room, ta give ya a good story... Nah but 4 real, there's some "professional" people, here who are on some serious power trip,as just about all places.Theres ones that are very nice & respectful & helpful, then there's ones ya just wonder ,why the even work there,they respond to ya like they are disgusted by your even existence. It's a place that you should go , take your medicine, have your appointments , do acupuncture, and LEAVE. There's problems as one would expect, having so many addicts coming to a area , day after day. That's good enough summary of the place... ;

I love this place! The employees are nice, most of the nurses are great, some not so much. It s not the greatest location but what they do here is a good thing.

All I'm gonna say is this place is better than THS. Nuff' said.

The staff here are all friendly. If you follow the rules and focus on your recovery, the methadone program can be a lifesaver, it saved my life! My cravings I was experiencing on Suboxone went away and I worked closely with my provider to find the right dose for me. I truly believe in methadone clinics and their power to change lives! They have rules here, and for a very good reason! So again, if you follow the rules, the staff here will help you along your path to recovery!

The service just is ok. They treat people like they're condescending drug dealers holding people's lives in their hands and do everything to complicate all aspects of ones life

Awesome treatment! The staff treat you like you're a human being and I've never been treated so well at another treatment facility! If you have the chance, I would recommend that you transfer to evergreen. Edit; I'm back again and I am so happy in this stage of my recovery, of my personal journey. And, I'm really grateful & humbled by the dedication and the hard work (with low pay) that the employees give us, so freely with all us clients All of us are going through different challenges, and so many times our toxic and angry emotions, get thrown at & projected onto these incredibly caring, and inspiring humans, that chose this career path & I for one am grateful that we can get the help we so desperately need. Where would we be, without the opportunity to be medicated and guided to strive to be better? Just as we thank our veterans for their service, I believe we have an obligation to thank ALL the people, from the receptionists, janitorial staff, the security guards and the RNs, UA techs(how many of us would be willing to take THAT job?) Yeah, I'm grateful for the entire staff here. I've been blessed with a counselor from heaven, and I am in the very beginning stages of quality recovery now. But my first day back in Feb 2015, I was suicidal for the first time in 44 yrs. But these guys, these guys saved my life. And it just doesn't get better than that. T.H.

The Pink Juice that i drink there is the reason i don't have 2 do Felonious activities or possibly end up on CRIME STOPPERS as the result of my addiction!!!
In order to "KEEP IT 100", & give credit where it is due...I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR "KCDDC" aka...DRUG COURT FOR THE POSITIVE CHANGE IN MY LIFE & THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS OF OTHERS FOLKS JUST LIKE ME!!!
Because if i was in pretty much any other state, county even...I REALLY DON'T THINK "HARM-REDUCTION TREATMENT" WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE CARDS FOR ME!!! More than likely, it would have been: D.O.C. & PROBABLY YEARS IN PRISON

Well for 1 its way too small for the amount of people going threw there, it will get very crowded. Just like most places theres plenty of attitudes. Toilets are usually plugged up. Just do what u have to do and leave , leave the area quick , if you're trying to stay clean. There are people buying, selling and using drugs blocks surrounding evergreen. Counseling is ok depends on who you get , some follow the rules to the t some dont really care and others seem ta help ya get worse. U just have 2 stay strong and know what you want and dont want.

This place has helped me tremendously in my recovery. I dont know where I would be without Evergreen!

Is a life saver .good place .to many new employees .for them you are a number. Not patients. Miss the old.timers

The all around atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The dosing nurses, counselors, us techs, and front desk are always quick to help you above and beyond expectations.

I've been going here for 16 years now and I'mthankful for every minute of it.

Its worth a shot. Some of the staff ive met are nice, but the dosing unit Sucks. If you act slow or speak low or even if you look tired they wont dose ypu and make you wait 2hrs . If you can't find some thing better do that

Them need to review there rules and policies cause a lot of them don't make sence.

I transferred here from THS about 3 months ago, but should have sooner. They treat you with respect and fairness. WAY more than I can say about THS!

They have a great team experienced in addiction. Some say"I hate coming here everyday". I say"we have to get up sick everyday and degrade ourselves to get drugs. What a price everyone pays when we suffer from addiction. Evergreen has the solutions. Come as you are and join us. We welcome you.

It is the most understanding a and very good tx center never actually had any problems with it

This is an amazing place to start turning your life around. The staff go above and beyond for you and help in anyway possible. Rhe medication that they give os a big life saver and changer. I am thankful everyday that this place is available to me! THEY SAVED MY LIFE!

This is one of the main places Seattleites get their prescribed methadone. They dose about 1,500 folks a day, and if you drive by during the day they're is no mistaking the crowd you will see scurrying down the sidewalk or jay walking to its doors. If you are experiencing the present opioid crisis then this is the place to come to get off the tar and onto prescribed methadone.

They allow every opportunity for success in recovery

Good clinic as long as you do what you're supposed to do and avoid the drama it's got acupuncture it's good clinic for the most part.

I appreciate that they helped me get off heroin. I do not appreciate the way they dehumanized me and treated me like an animal.

A much better clinic than THS, they don't humiliate you by making you strip completely naked as one sadistic deviant Asian UA tech who wears glasses at the Bellevue THS location. Another great service Evergreen offers is acupuncture, which really help especially when you get on to the program and suffering through severe withdrawals. The downside is that there's a severe turnover of counsellors. And the record department completely ignores requests made to have my records released to me, even after filling out endless records requests, 5 months later I haven't heard a word. Looks like I'll have to get a lawyer to subpoena my records since obviously the person working for the records department is incompetent.

evergreen is the best treatment center in Seattle for opiate addiction. you are treated with respect and understanding by the staff.

I don't have an issue with the treatment center and what they're doing to help addicts overcome their addiction. I have a problem as a former patient, and a regular person walking in that 6 square block area with the abundance of drug pushers and solicitors that I had to quit going there and went elsewhere. It "seems" as if the majority of the clients there aren't there to get sober, but quite the opposite. It's just not for me. Evergreen needs to say enough is enough and actually carry thru and mandate consequences for repeated failed Ua's and missed doses and Benzo abuse. There has been an increase of ODs since the Benzo/methadone cocktails we're discovered. It makes people look like the real walking dead. No offense.

If you need help and nothing else worked, this is a legitimate option. Get over your stigma, dont hang out with the homeless, get your self some help, and then you can help yourself.

As long as you follow the rules, make your appointments, and leave right after dosing you won't have any issues. They will do whatever they can to help you succeed as long as you are making an effort.

It serves it's purpose. If you follow the rules, wanna get off of heroin, this is a good place. But you gotta want it and work for it. I've been extremely fortunate and have an amazing counselor and an amazing medical provider however I know others that have had a HORRIBLE experience. My BIGGEST issue is there is absolutely NO PARKING and when you have as many patients as they do, it gets scary!

Everything was great at the clinic until I moved to New Jersey last month and asked my old counselor Cindy Smith, to send records to my new clinic. After repeated messages left on her answering machine, multiple calls to the medical records department, and numerous messages left with a variety of staff, my records still have not been sent and it's been over a month now. Cindy is the absolute worst, laziest, rudest counselor I've ever had and never gets anything done. She has repeatedly told me that things are "not my job" and to ask someone else. I'd recommend any counselor besides Cindy. Dr. Ken Hiro was amazing and I wish the rest of the staff at ETS cared about their patients as much as he does.
[Update: 10.9.20- Still waiting on Cindy to send records. I tried talking to Sharon Scott in the medical records department a week ago who told me she would send my records by the end of last week, but when I called her today once I found out my records weren't sent still, and she said she can't help me and to call my counselor. I left another message for Cindy asking for my records to be sent just today. I spoke to the counselor of the day, Melinda, who said she'd send another Release of Information request to my new clinic so I can sign it Monday and can get it faxed back to the ETS before they'll release my records. This is now the 3rd release I'll have signed trying to get these files sent. The counselor Kirk previously told me he could send them with my verbal approval and they weren't sent either. At this point, I'm wondering who will actually step up and help. I will update how long it takes for these records to be sent. I've been trying since September 1st, 2020.]

Doses people daily just walk in and get the treatment you want..
