The way they treat people our just terrible. Some supervisors are ghetto others racist. One guy actually bragged about getting an old man (veteran) fired. Awful type of people.
I recently worked with an employee of EOG and can honestly say that I have never seen a contract company that treated their employees this bad. One of the supervisors dropped an employee off at a post and never came back to check on him. No water, lunch, etc.I was a paid professional firefighter for 27 years and retired as a Fire Marshal out of California. I've worked with several contract companies and would not recommend EOG to anyone.
I went from armed security in Houston, Texas to this in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and I don't know where to begin with the awful experience I had with this company. I've never seen employees treated so badly. I worked a couple of events and wasn't allowed to take breaks. I was hot, hungry, and dizzy. They told me if I left to get something to eat they will dock my pay. I had it with this company. I have only met 3 friendly supervisors my time working with the company. The rest are careless and rude. Pacifically the blacks and I'm black the way. All the employees that I have met, none of them was happy with the job, but it was all that they could get or find. My first week on the job, not knowing about the jacket policy... I had to stand in the rain for two hours.....I felt degraded working for this company....... I could go on and on .....but I will just advise you not to work with this company unless it is ABSOLUTELY, TOTALLY without any doubt your last option.. .if you do work with them ask to be put with Jeff . .he is the best
Yes I was 18 when I started working for them I decide to work the Alabama game. When I first got hired on that was a horrible decision then I got moved from gates to field it was hell. I almost need an ambulance I was hungry, had no lunch nothing to drink they would not allow me to even drink the high price water I had to buy on the field I had been standing for several our with no break in. The hot sun and heat. I felt like I was going to pass out or get overheated. They are very bad at the albama games. The have another office in Starkville, Ms where I work for and they are better you can get a break go eat lunch and things but also they are just no as bad as Birmingham group.
Awful. Worst company I've ever worked for. Does not pay on time.
