I am very happy with the hospital except for one thing that they threw my mother out of the room with my 3 month old daughter and so my mother wanted to keep the bed for my daughter and they took that away from her as well.

We thank you for the competent help and the friendly support also on behalf of all relatives in the station 17 (great sisters and super doctor). Many thanks
ENT department all very nice. Sometimes you had the feeling that you do not know what the other one is doing, but all in all very competent. Food ok, my lactose intolerance was received as well as possible. Even with earplugs could be helped me Can not bring me. Thank you station 23
I am so satisfied. My incised thumb was reattached to the emergency room on Sunday night. And dear people an EMERGENCY IS for EMERGENCIES otherwise you have to wait. Nurses and every other staff is always in stress, no one has to smile at you. Only help according to individual case and urgency.
I gave birth to my 2 children here (Feb.17 & Dec.19) and would do it again and again here. The nursing staff, the midwives, the doctors, the cleaning staff, all super nice and very helpful, despite the many calls, the midwives were super friendly no matter what time of the day and helped me immediately when there was a problem (with the baby) . The hospital is not the best or the newest of the premises, but the staff is all the better for it, and that is really worth gold in today's world! Many thanks for everything!
Best hospital with very competent doctors I have ever seen inside. With my third herniated disc, I came to the MVZ for a second opinion and, after good advice, I decided to go to the surgery. During the preliminary talk with Dr. Zimmermann (assistant doctor!) Was very well informed about all processes and risks and then also operated on by him. Dr. Drecoll (great senior physician) assisted. Station 12 has a very good reputation that I can confirm. No matter from morning, late or night shift. They are always cool and very helpful. Had fun with the intensive care nurse during anesthesia. So really great. After the operation, no pain, so I worked well. Good aftercare. So really there for you.
Our experience with the Protestant Hospital is very positive. The services of doctors and midwives are at a high level and I have never seen such a professional team of surgeons. World class in itself.
Very friendly and competent staff. Do not experience so often that so much time is taken for the patient. Thanks for the quick and uncomplicated treatment.
The bird was shot again today After I had described my suffering from high blood pressure, the nurse informed me that they had no time for it now and that I should be patient. After 2 hours, I took the liberty to ask whether I had been forgotten (in the meantime the blood pressure was already 180 to 110, I was getting worse and worse) and the nurse gave me a quick answer. Others are also bad and I would not be the only one in need of treatment. I told him again that I'm getting worse and worse. In the meantime, sweating outbreaks, headaches etc. with cardiac turf The only thing the carer was interested in was why I didn't go to the family doctor. And why I go to the hospital of all places. I asked him if it was not normal to go to the hospital if you were sick. The nurse's mood became increasingly irritable and unfriendly. Since I couldn't think of anything else to do to get the nurse to help me in my emergency situation, besides getting him to inform a doctor that I'm getting worse and worse. The nurse took it as an insult that I denounced him as a nurse and the doctor was accordingly in a bad mood. Instead of asking about and alleviating my suffering, he explained to me how he had to do his job as a doctor. And that he had little time. As I felt increasingly worse, I had my brother pick me up and take me to another hospital because I was no longer able to do so. There I was immediately taken to the emergency room and treated. I felt better very quickly after taking medication. Blood sampling, EKG and blood pressure were constantly checked. I was glad that I got professional help here. I hope for other emergency patients that the behavior of nurses and doctors in the Evangelical Hospital changes quickly. Because you do not voluntarily go to the hospital and have to wait for hours. My personal opinion is that those who work in nursing should be able to mentally adjust to their patients and in such a situation calm down to their patients and not go into confrontation with them. For the future I can only hope that if I am in an emergency I will not be taken to the evangelical hospital.
My stay at the neurosurgical ward was very positive, sisters and doctors a very good team. The recording at the entrance was very exemplary. My cervical surgery went very well, so I was released after 5 days. I have no complaints three months later, implant sitting in place, numbness in the arm and fingers disappeared immediately after surgery. A big thank you to Dr. Buses did a fantastic job and personally looked after the operation and the aftercare.
. Insolent doctor. NHO compartment not recommended at all. Quote: we are not a beauty clinic, then you have to go to a beauty clinic if they want to have something done optically !
I have made an appointment for surgery, which I have been waiting for about 9 months. (I live in Berlin and am a student) The nose should be straightened because I cannot breathe properly. Then I would have a little aesthetic wish to change the nose (remove small hump)
The doctor informed me the day before the operation that this was not possible. Which is a total insolence, since I have traveled twice from Berlin and the travel costs of 200 have gone down. Investing money and time for nothing and again nothing.
Not recommended at all. Especially the NHO clinic which assured me when I made the appointment that the aesthetic change was no problem !!!!
I will not be back and will not recommend anyone else to visit this clinic.
This is the last hospital !!! The rooms are dirty, the food is underground! The senior physician of neurology is the incompetence in person !! In addition, he treats the patients from above so that it is already outrageous! If you refuse the treatments that you think are right, you will be put out without further investigation! Never again will I enter this hospital! If you could give -1 star, this clinic would get a -5 from me!
I waited for hours in the emergency room and examined unaffected areas that caused significant complaints. That's why I was instructed in the emergency room. For questions from the nurses, the answer was mostly dismissive and very unfriendly. In addition, a rough handling, the fever thermometer was extremely pressed into your ear, then you are told that you should not keep away. Later one was taken off the bed to give it to someone else. There were traces of blood all over the toilet.
We have delivered our child here. It was a great experience from start to finish, mainly because the Protestant hospital and the people in the delivery room were so great. Thanks also to the best midwife in the world, Yasmin. So sensitive and professional. We are very happy.
Despite the alleged complete check and a one-week inpatient admission nothing found, put on the second visit as a simulant, description of the symptoms are classified as harmless. After visiting another doctor it turned out within 5 minutes that my father had two blocked coronary arteries! The doctor then said that it was grossly negligent because something even a blind man with a cane should see!
A clinic with incompetent properties is the owner of doctors. One of the "doctors" Dr. Windhorst:
A doctor evaluating the urgency for sympathy. Not only his behavior, which seems listless, points to his unjust attitude towards hurting but also his impudence and unfriendliness in tone. Neither respect, friendliness, nor signs to heed the patient was possessed by the nursing assistant or self-proclaimed "doctor." Statements like, "I'll put them down to the bottom of the urgency because I do not think it's necessary [...]" "And because of that, are they here?" "You're welcome to wait, but do not be surprised wait here for a long time (in a cheeky tone) "illustrate the unfriendly conversation. Despite the fact that the doctor did not undergo a diagnosis or general examination, such outrageous sentences came from the mouth of a "doctor." The nonverbal behavior was the same as the conversation: rolling eyes, condescending glances and frowning brow. By and large, this is by far one of the worst doctors or nursing assistants. This hospital is not recommended, it is looking for the dissatisfaction because this is 100% promised!
Completely understaffed facility in the emergency room. A total of 5 hours I spent there to get a simple x-ray of my wrist. Finally, I was told in a minute that there is no evidence of a fracture. Radiographs were not published directly on request. Quote: "this is not common". A completely meaningless final report completes the visit perfectly. Thanks for nothing!
Station 28, is a good human and medical experience when it comes to care, respect for people and medical care. The nurses are very empathetic, friendly, affectionate and professional. The chief physician is friendly, affectionate, empathetic and at eye level with his fellow human beings. Thanks to the team 28!
