My personal experience has been an ordeal.

I tried to unsubscribe in July and it turned out to be very complicated due to the terrible service of operators they have. They pass you from one robot to another and when you tell them you want to unsubscribe, they hang up on you. After 2 weeks trying, a girl catches me and after a few harsh words she tells me that she has discharged me and that I can stop worrying (lie) ... Months go by and they keep charging me ... I don't understand anything ... .
I decide to call them and after many attempts they tell me that I am not unsubscribed and that I have to take the router to the store so that it can be processed there ... HOW ???? Couldn't you tell me in July and solve this as best as possible? ... I take it to the store and they unsubscribe, but of course ... not without first being charged for the month of October, since the router has returned it on the 21st of that month ... What happens then with the withdrawal What did the girl give me in July? Are you going to make me pay for August, September and October? Have you put me in as a debtor and are you going to get my guts out through the legal way? Is this how you treat your clients ??? With a lousy customer service and complicating as much as possible their well-being, their peace of mind and their money?

It's a shame for you and future clients that you cheat with your lousy service.

We've been with them for 4 years And lately it's been an odyssey. We started paying 50 and we finished with 80 .
We called a month ago to unsubscribe where we were and register in another site, the super fast without contracts and without signing anything, but yes to unsubscribe is being a real joke, you send a letter with ID sign and so on up to 3 times and it takes you to tratimate between whistles and flutes 1 month and here we keep paying something we are not using, and it does not matter if you call them xq spend everything. Horrible! And to top it all, the one that you are now playing on TV is hanging every two times.

If anyone is thinking of switching to these. Well, I do not advise it even as a joke.
Our ordeal began when we decided to call Virgin Telco (a product of this company Euskaltel).
They convince us about all the benefits and take all our personal DATA from us.
Weeks later they tell us that fiber portability cannot be done due to technical problems. So they tell us that EVERYTHING (fiber and mobile) is without effect. Lie.
Not only has it not been without effect, but they have also kept our mobile number
(which we have lost I definitely think).
and in addition, unjustified charges begin to appear on our account for services not provided.
I can understand that things do not work and that they go wrong. But what cannot be understood, or understood, is that there is no one trained to solve a problem. They wash their hands and pass the problem on to each other. Or if not, they shamelessly hang you.
As a conclusion I detail what the customer service of this company represents:
Not a face is visible. There is no one responsible.
There is no training for customer service operators (they don't know or don't want complications).
There is absolutely no problem solving will.
And above all:
There is no kind of service commitment towards customers (people).
I detail some of the numbers we have browsed for help at least 20 times in the last MONTH:

and we are still unable to retrieve our mobile number.
