My personal experience has been an ordeal.
I tried to unsubscribe in July and it turned out to be very complicated due to the terrible service of operators they have. They pass you from one robot to another and when you tell them you want to unsubscribe, they hang up on you. After 2 weeks trying, a girl catches me and after a few harsh words she tells me that she has discharged me and that I can stop worrying (lie) ... Months go by and they keep charging me ... I don't understand anything ... . I decide to call them and after many attempts they tell me that I am not unsubscribed and that I have to take the router to the store so that it can be processed there ... HOW ???? Couldn't you tell me in July and solve this as best as possible? ... I take it to the store and they unsubscribe, but of course ... not without first being charged for the month of October, since the router has returned it on the 21st of that month ... What happens then with the withdrawal What did the girl give me in July? Are you going to make me pay for August, September and October? Have you put me in as a debtor and are you going to get my guts out through the legal way? Is this how you treat your clients ??? With a lousy customer service and complicating as much as possible their well-being, their peace of mind and their money?
It's a shame for you and future clients that you cheat with your lousy service.
