If anyone is thinking of switching to these. Well, I do not advise it even as a joke.
Our ordeal began when we decided to call Virgin Telco (a product of this company Euskaltel).
They convince us about all the benefits and take all our personal DATA from us.
Weeks later they tell us that fiber portability cannot be done due to technical problems. So they tell us that EVERYTHING (fiber and mobile) is without effect. Lie.
Not only has it not been without effect, but they have also kept our mobile number
(which we have lost I definitely think).
and in addition, unjustified charges begin to appear on our account for services not provided.
I can understand that things do not work and that they go wrong. But what cannot be understood, or understood, is that there is no one trained to solve a problem. They wash their hands and pass the problem on to each other. Or if not, they shamelessly hang you.
As a conclusion I detail what the customer service of this company represents:
Not a face is visible. There is no one responsible.
There is no training for customer service operators (they don't know or don't want complications).
There is absolutely no problem solving will.
And above all:
There is no kind of service commitment towards customers (people).
I detail some of the numbers we have browsed for help at least 20 times in the last MONTH:
1511 - 900840280 - 900840342
and we are still unable to retrieve our mobile number.
Perhaps we will have better luck exhibiting in this more public setting. Some enlightened may read this and want to commit to finding a solution.
