Terrible service. They open the claim and then I get an SMS that it is closed and it turned out ..

I have an average of 4 hours a day on the phone to manage the problems they cause me.

They have mixed the data of a client with mine. I constantly receive messages and calls for promotions for that person. Where is the data protection?

We know that the telephone companies take us out of our boxes but this one takes the cake and by far.
